The toilet is outside. No air-con. Been asking about the air-con remote since check in about 12pm and we went out after, we ask again at 4pm she said our request is not important. Again we ask at 6pm and finally she said it's actually no air-con in the hotel. The bed was bad. There's no reception staff. hotel staff is not friendly and very rude when you ask anything.
