We had 2 rooms and both had dirty tubs, dirty toilets, dirty sinks, unlimited nats. Its seemed like the more we killed the more came out. The entire logged smelled. Room service people were not friendly. The only accommodations were extra towels and another microwave because the one in our room died on day 2. Over priced for a roach motel. Wish i could upload the pictures

Pros - Staff was very nice and seemed to care. There was a gentlemen walking around constantly cleaning up and checking things while we were in the pool. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Cons - Hotel is pretty outdated and seems like it hasn't been touched in a while, like mid 90's. My kids enjoyed the pool, but it definitely needs an update and the bottom looked rough. Hot Tub was boarded up. The bathtub in our room looked really rough. To the point where we just decided to shower when we got home. Ultimately, I think ownership needs to do the staff a favor and give this property a long overdue refurbishment.

I was expecting more but it felt old, musty, and the towels felt old.

This is an OK hotel that needs some work and TLC. We did not receive soap or shampoo the first 2 days despite asking. On day 4, we came home to our bathroom being infested with gnats. Pool was dirty. TV does not work in exercise room and exercise bike does not turn on. People were cavorting outside , drinking, smoking, and playing loud music on the hotel lawn at night. It’s in a good area. We brought up issues that were not addressed and when we checked out were told that we should have told day staff (we had told night staff) and that we would have to go through expedia for a credit. After the first 2 days they were more attentive with towels and maintaining the bathroom.

The bds were a little on the soft side But we stillgot a good ice sleep. The breakfast was a nice touch and tge staff always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at tge hotel if we arein Wisconsin again .

Quiet & relaxing. The indoor/outdoor pool on Sunday late afternoon was relaxing. I had the pool to myself and enjoyed the inflatable they provided. Clean and spacious room. Worth the extra price over my usual place.

Please provide paper coffee cups. Leaving out styrofoam tops that don't fit wasn't helpful. Also a working printer in the lobby to print a boarding pass. Was suprised to hear there had been no working printer for 2 wks.

My family and I traveled to Milwaukee WI to my nephew Gerald Burtonsville funeral my family and myself stayed at the Baymont Inn in Mequon Wi and I we went to bed and I woke up all bit up. Reported to the front desk they took pictures they said we have no extra rooms we will have to spray the room and that's that so be careful staying at the Baymont by Wyndham were ever so I had to make my face up real good for no one to see my face, neck, thumb and fingers all bit up I'm not sure what ate us up

Uncomfortable bed, dirty room

Convenient location situated on a quiet street, check in was smooth and the room is wonderful.

The bed was to soft for my comfort, yhe sofa in the room was warn out, and the batjroom was dirty. Breakfast has the typical cereal, toast, eggs and sausage. Nothing special. Small dining area they should make some of the front reception dining. If you bring lots of luggage with you make sure you are on the first floor due to there is no elevator. Ontop of all of these wonderful things about yhis hotel my AC in the room did not work, call the front desk and she thought unplugging it would make it work. The temp outside at the time of my stay was 90.

It is very convenient to visit family and hotel/room was good. Nice to have breakfast available. Glad to have refrig in room as we needed to bring some food to our family. We were not able to connect to Netflix on tv.

The hotel was fine but my room smelled moldy and like smoke. There were people hanging out in the parking lot that were noisy.

Pool was ok but the staff was rude, the hotel had a foul smell, the deposit was very high, the breakfast was terrible, the rules was crazy....it was a bad experience from checkin time

The hotel needs renovated. My room had clearly been smoked in and the smell was horrendous.

Hotel is older but clean.
