The hotel is very run down and dirty, with large stains on the carpet and dirty surfaces in rooms and common areas. The rooms are very dark, dingy and outdated. The atrium and pool area is dirty and wasn’t cleaned at all in the week we stayed there as well as being used as a storage space. The hotel is very over priced for what you receive and no breakfast. I will not stay here again

Great spot, easy access off the highway. My first choice when I travel to Kamloops.

We loved the pool! Surprised by the size. Clean. But no pool towels were available.

Lobby was bare bones, not particularly welcoming. Front desk was receptive over the phone from the room but felt dismissive in person. Room 208 - distinct smell of urine or perhaps unable to remove smell of chlorine from pool from the carpet by the door. Missing: stir stix and creamers for coffee, only 1 facecloth for 2 people, no bathmat for tub. Decor is dingy and needs repair or cleaning. 2 small windows facing pool are very dusty. Mesh screens? Why? Are there flying insects around the lagoon? Bathroom tiles cracking. Tub was clean, water pressure good. Toiletries were difficult to maneuver for someone with arthritis but otherwise fine. Not enough places to hang towels. Coffee/tea station minimal. No bottled water offered. Fridge barely cold. Balcony facing pool does not have a chair but not a pleasant place to sit anyway. Interior facing lagoon sounds interesting but no reason to book this room for that reason. Not much to see but a pile of cardboard boxes stored in the area. It gives the feeling of lesser value because the lagoon seems it is more important for storage than aesthetics. Disappointed to find that there was no breakfast included. I may have missed that originally. Apparently the restaurant serves a good brunch. Instead of a discount card for an appetizer with purchase of 2 entrees, perhaps a 25% discount on any meal at the restaurant would be better. Unfortunately this hotel is not giving me much of a reason to return.

Room was clean and good size. Service was decent. Pool was murky, didn't seem like it was filtering properly. Ample free parking.

My only suggestion is to request a room not facing the atrium because of the pool noise. It echoes.

Our room was quiet, appropriately equipped with mini fridge, tv and coffee maker and was clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was some construction/maintenace going on in the common areas but it did not directly affect us.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was locked so we had to have 21.5 regardless to what we wanted. This is a family budget hotel, if you want quiet and quality, this is not for you. Also there were huge amounts of furniture in the middle of the atrium

Very friendly staff. The walk out to the pool room was wonderful.

Great location, staff was so kind and helpful, nice big rooms, extremely clean! My son and I were here for a tournament, and couldn’t have asked for anything more (other than a water-fill station! Please add one of these to your ice machine!) Looks like they are also busy with some property upgrades, which are needed (everything is in working order, just showing some age and wear.) We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great Hotel. We got the big suite that accommodated 6 person family. Big and spacious for a big group. Indoor pool was great and restaurant was great.

The pool was nice but only open until 9pm. I wanted to extend my stay and was told the same room was not available. I had to go back on expedia and book the same room again for myself. I asked for just the beds to be made and the garbage emptied and wasnt done even though I hung the sign on the door all day. The room itself was good

Hotel is going through renovations. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotels needs work. Elevator is rough.
