Es war wirklich gut, THUNDERDOME!!!

Clean and comfortable room. The room is big.

Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and big and the beds are great. Bathroom is also good and spacey. Good location.

Personnel was friendly but they left a lot to be desired. We found the locker in our room closed with no possibility to open but to call reception, we had cleaning coming into our room unannounced, our paid for breakfasts wee not known to the restaurant staff, and so on. The carpet in our room was full of stains.

Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since.

I booked the hotel because it was conveniently close to an event we attended with my friend. It wasn't one of the cheapest, but we were very satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. Very spacious and comfortable room, good bed and bathroom, and the breakfast was good. Also friendly staff. I'll book the hotel again if I've a reason to travel to Edegem.

Habitaciones viejas. El baño con una iluminación insuficiente. Se nota que el hotel tiene casi 30 años.

Réservation de dernière minute. Bon accueil. Personnel sympa. Grand parking. Etablissement moderne. Seul regret : frigo en fonctionnement dans la chambre mais aucune boisson. Recommandation: une petite bouteille d’eau.

Room didn't have a phone to call downstairs so every time we needed something we had to go down to get it or ask. Coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod in it so I couldnt drink coffee my whole stay. Bathroom tissue holder was hand knitted and when I grabbed the toilet paper out of the holder silver fish bugs came out! Not the best location hotel either, taxi was $40 in any direction to get to the action. Only plus was the restaurant. Staff were super friendly music was awesome and you can sit inside or out and we didn't feel rushed.

The hotel was great but I had to leave early and they could not cancel my second night. They said it could only be canceled through hotels.com. That made sense and I tried to change my reservation online but it was confusing and didn't work out in the end. So we had to pay the $125 something for the second night for nothing. I would love to talk to somebody at hotels.com about it.

Goede service maar zeer warme kamer, en zeer veel geluidsoverlast. Schuivende stoelen in aanpalende kamers, wc’s die je hoorde doorgetrokken worden, gesprekken op de gang en aan de balie waren allemaal te horen. Kortom zeer weinig nachtrust gehad die continu verstoort werd.

Keurig voor elkaar. Goede service.

The hotel seemed old and worn - maybe it was just our rooms. Breakfast was expensive and bad. Not going to book there again.
