공사중이라 좀 시끄러웠던 것 빼고 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 수영장 이용이 좋았습니다.

Bathroom was not clean door and wall

The pool area needed some attending the light post had so many spider webs I was afraid the mama spider would pop out of nowhere. It says its dog friendly but there is no designated area for dogs they have to be walked outside the property. The room smelled weird. The front desk personnel was super dry. Not welcoming at all. Been here before because of family that leave in porterville. But not sure I’ll be back here.

Personal war super nett. Die Poolanlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind super. Frühstück war ausreichend. Wurde auch immer nachgelegt. Wir waren hier nur als Zwischenstopp, wären aber gerne noch eine weitere Nacht geblieben.

The location was convenient for us. We stayed two nights. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast was ok. There were many options to choose from. It was quite crowded in there both mornings. The hot tub door was broken and we could not get in. If it wasn't for my 9 years old small hand to reach in and open it from the other side, we would not have been able to use it. They need to get that fixed or prop it open. Finally I am not sure if they have noticed but their American flag out front is in terrible shape and shredded. They need to retire that and get another one. If they display the flag, at least make sure it looks good.

This Best Western was cozy, clean, and convenient to go to the casino!

There was no electricity for several hours on the night of stay. They refused to provide a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Quiet clean nice, with free breakfast buffet

Pretty disappointed with best Western. We checked in pretty late after getting off the lake then quickly got to sleep. I unfortunately did not realize it because the air conditioning fan was blowing when we checked into the room, but there apparently was no working cold air because we woke up at about 4 AM all completely sweating in about an 85° room. Thankfully, there was one more room available all the way across the other side of the hotel on another floor. I asked them to verify if the air-conditioning works she said I can check myself. In which I did because I have a three and a five-year-old sleeping in our room absolutely ridiculous that they would check us into a room without air-conditioning and then not be helpful when our stay is being ruined in the middle of the night. I also requested some extra shampoo prior to this in the evening I also was instructed to have to go pick it up at the front desk. Very disappointed with the customer service here..

Clean and comfortable

Overall great experience. Though I had ants, a lot of them, in my room.

Just stayed one night. Clean room, felt safe, and air working.

It was fine for our one night stay. Felt safe and parking was easy. They have a nice pool that I wish we had more time to take a dip into.

The front desk support was amazing; they were very knowledgeable and incredibly polite when answering our questions. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, and the views were fantastic. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in the area.
