직원들는 친절하지만 방에 생수는 따로 제공되지 않습니다. 건물의 구조가 층마다 단차가 많아 캐리어가 무거울 경우 불편할수 있습니다.

Accommodation was very comfortable. Room very clean .Very close to attractions.

The property is an excelent location. We rented a car but did not it much . Room service is not daily you will need to request when you want the rooms done. . The restraunts on site. Are awesome.

There was an event outside the hotel during the day. Although we asked for an early check in- the front desk failed to mention there is NO parking, streets all around the hotel are closed and that it doesn’t open until 10pm! We went to a friends in Parksville for dinner instead of checking in early and came back around 945. Upon check in we were told there is 1 spot left in the lot a block away from the hotel. That there are no options closer (at the front door entrance road) unless we are gone by 8am. We were travelling with a wedding and had totes of things that could not stay in the truck in such a crappy neighbourhood. As we are loading the luggage cart with all of our things the lady says “ there is a slight step to your room” I explain we have lots of things as she can see, and she says there are no other rooms. We wait for the elevator that is TINY and has a CORNER! Only the luggage cart and me and my husband barely fit inside. We get to our floor to not find a step but a 5 stair staircase! My husband just pushed the rolling cart right down, to the very end of the hallway where our room is. We are laughing hysterically because this is so insane! We open our room, to then find that the floor and everything is slopped so much that the luggage cart rolls to one end hahahah DONT STAY HERE, your vehicle parked by the beach would be better.

We had a wonderful stay. Super helpful staff. Great weather and lots to do in the neighborhood ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One option for dining we used, Top Notch Burger, good food, good drink. Hotel is a little dated however the ocean view rooms are a must as you have a great view of the Nanaimo Hrbr. Parking can be a challenge, just remember to ask about the overflow parking lot when checking in. We needed to add a day to our itinerary so we called the hotel prior to our start date and surprisingly were given a cheaper nightly rate for the extra night. A nice surprise. All in all an above average stay as the front counter staff were excellent and very personable! Great work BW

Chambre correct mais sol collant et pas lavé (pieds bien sales avant de les mettre sous les draps). Chambre avec « vue » sur le harbour mais pas au premier étage…y’a que les arbres. Décevant.

Room was clean, updated, view of the ocean right across the street, very convenient.

We had a one night stay and our room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was lovely and in a good location. One problem, though, is that some rooms can only be accessed by stairs even though the hotel has an elevator.

The staff were friendly and well informed about the hotel and the community. The hotel is probably the oldest in Nanaimo, but has been updated to a high standard. It is perfectly situated for walking the downtown area, and surrounded by boutiques, coffee shops and the waterfront pier walkways A BIG 5 stars from my wife and me.

Rooms were sufficent. Sofa Bed needs to be updated. Food options were good. Wifi good. Laundry room was good.
