Clean and friendly.

I like the laminate floor on the room and the big slide in the swimming pool. Next to the gas station, it was easy to charge my EV.

Excellent swimming pool and pretty good breakfast but sofa bed was not good. It has too loud sounds when people move one there so that bothered the others.

This is a great place for families with kids. Room was very quiet and clean.

Great hotel. Room 412 needs a new mattress asap!! We both slept on one side. Not good. Other than the mattress, it was wonderful!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auf unserer Roadtour war es die teuerste Unterkunft und das Rührei beim Frühstück schmecke leider überhaupt nicht.

I can't say the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was perfect. The pool and slide were fun for the kids. Breakfast was really good. Although it's low in terms of price-performance ratio, overall it was good.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. Kids had a blast in the waterslide. Super fun. Huge hot tub for the parents and adults. Wouldn’t change anything!

Overall had a nice experience, the included breakfast is a nice plus, the front desk let us borrow bear spray (you pay if you need to use it), free parking and we borrowed towels for the hot springs. Down side was the room was ok, beds were old and dusty lamps. Overall still a great place to stay considering the prices are so expensive everywhere

The WiFi network was so weak, it could not load anything and disconnected constantly. It was not worth using. The beds were terrible! Very old, uncomfortable and noisy. The shower drain was clogged and slow to drain. The shower curtain was so threadbare, there were holes in it. Overpriced for what you get

I don’t recommend the rooms with balconies, which are all on the second floor. They look directly out to the parking lot; cars are parked literally right below. The quality of breakfast was a big disappointment. They served old fruit s, worst yogurts ever, and cheapest bagels/bread. (We really felt guilty throwing food away. We simply couldn’t consume them, even though we were hungry.) The pool with water slide is really not big, but we had fun, because we avoided the evening crowd. The room(s) are spacious and clean which was nice. As for the staff, I would rate them 50/50, some were very nice and some not.

The staff was so helpful! Especially Anna at the front desk.

Nice, clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Good value for the stay.
