친잘한 서비스,만족할만한조식 추천하고싶은 호텔입니다..

에드먼턴 공항에서 다음 날 일찍 탑승하게 되어 5시간 머물렀지만, 짧은 시간이나마 푹 쉬고 잘 잤습니다. 체크인할 때 데스크에서 먼저 비행기 탑승 시간, 공항 무료 셔틀 원하는 시간, 모닝콜 원하는 시간을 체크해서 완벽하게 써비스해 주더군요. 만족합니다.

Good price, Friendly services, Due to it's location you need a car to get something. But still Very good.

Sweet room good price. Staff was friendly and respectful. Clean hotel!! Restaurant was expensive and no room service. Small servings.

Clean room but definitely small. No hot tub but a whirlpool that’s in the basement and a tiny room.

Too bad the downstairs restaurant and pub was closed for renovations

Everything was good! We thought BW had the complementary breakfast but no big deal. Maybe DONT MESSAGE at 8am for this survey,.. I WAS looking forward to sleeping in 😖

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Well located near the airport with reliable shuttle bus access. Some good, reasonably-priced dining options within a short walk from the hotel. The gym was adequate for our needs and the whirlpool was nice at the end of a long day. Only complaint is that our room on the ground floor had some strange noises, presumably from the plumbing.

Didn’t like it at all. Staff was unable to communicate clearly and room was garbage too for that amount of money. I would never recommend to anybody.

The check in was fast. The staff were friendly courteous and Knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well stocked. They plugs for vehicle block heaters. Very please stay!
