staffs were so nice and room was very clean. I want to stay again.

Concierge was not knowledgeable regarding location of elevators and rooms, but could be new to the job. Carpet next to the bed is crusty…I don’t want to know what it is. Other than that, the room is clean. It’s kind of a maze to find the right elevator and to get to our room, we had to go to the second floor then take stairs to the third floor.

Super nice and right in the middle of everything! Really enjoy our stay!

Gave me wrong room. Let someone else check into it and would not let me get my bags and put me into a different room

The check in was easy. Room was clean. Stress free

Dont get a room near the pool...kids and parents screaming at 1 to 2 in morning

Very convenient, and great event spaces!

The hotel was clean. Our only issue was that other guests weren't very courteous. We had a room on the second floor. Window looked out onto the pool. Kids kept throwing tennis balls at it. One night was till 10:00 p.m. did check with front desk. TWICE!!! kids running everywhere, i like kids, work with them every day. But not when im away trying to relax and they're running all over the hotel that i just paid alot of money to stay in

The room I was in was the smallest hotel room I have ever entered. There was a table blocking the hallway to enter the room and I could not get my things through without lifting everything over the top of the table.

Quiet, well maintained

Pool hours are only until 10 pm, even on weekends. Which is a bummer. Would be nice to have it open for adults only from 10-12. Parking is a little tight. Other than that the rooms are great and clean. Beds are comfortable and quiet.

Heater in the room was very loud making it hard to Alwep

Checking in was not pleasant experience. Lady at the front desk was not friendly. Kinda rude and not willing to be helpful in my situation.

Great location for the convention center.

Room was clean, hotel itself was clean but a tad rundown. Had a nail sticking up from the threshold in our bathroom, which is terribly small. Beds were more comfortable than I thought they'd be but don't offer much support. Not much options on TV although we weren't in the room much for it to matter. Access to the convention center but a long walk.

I liked the personnel. The rooms were a long ways away to walk for a handicapped person. The restaurant was pricey and the food was not up to those prices.

Nice people

Our room was hotter than a sauna, even with window open and no heat on. No sleep to be had. Super nice staff, catering - servers and bartenders were exceptional
