We had a fantastic 2 day stay attending our friends wedding. It was an ideal location and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly staff. I would highly recommend

The staff were amazing, every single person we interacted with. The hotel was lovely, although the room was a little dated. We also found 2 x head hairs on the bedsheet. Pillows quite hard / lumpy. The spa was really nice and the staff there were great. The pools, both inside and out were NOT heated despite the website / booking saying they would be and the staff at check in advised us. Overall a lovely stay but a few little things would have meant a 5 star review rather than the 4 star I am giving it.

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent restaurant with a great choice of food and wine. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Special mention for Hayley in the restaurant who was a great asset to the hotel.

A lovely hotel in the beautiful New Forest. Dog friendly and seemed very popular. Decorated nicely and some modern fabric choices on furnishings. Relaxed completely in the pool and sauna and felt invigorated by the hot tub. Would stay again if I could afford it, but it is a little pricey for my budget.

Perfect for attending the New Forest show, a 10 minute walk away through the woods, avoiding the traffic jams. The pools were lovely too

The hotel is located in lovely position with extensive grounds. The Spa facilities were excellent and the food ( especially) the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

Clean and well maintained rooms with comfortable bed. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast. The facilities were great, using the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly. Lovely to have a heated outdoor pool. 2 options for eating: restaurant or bar area. Food was very good ( excellent fish and chips) and it was lovely to sit outside watching the horses .

Super dog friendly and the staff were incredibly helpful and energised, a real delight.

Lined the building and grounds, and the walk to Brockenhurst was around 15 minutes. Lined the facilities, though we didn’t see a gym there. Not so good was that the outside pool was taken over by children and wasn’t really somewhere that adults could swim properly in.

Perfect location to enjoy the New Forest Great for families, couples - and dogs! Friendly and efficient service - the staff are lovely. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely friendly hotel in lovely surroundings. Great restuarant on site too. Room quite small but views brilliant. Shower not that powerful but functional. Would have been nice to have body lotion in the bathroom too.

Beautiful area, lovely property, great staff.

We arrived in a heatwave and were given a room I didn’t feel comfortable in. The receptionist worked hard and found us a much bigger room with more windows to open. She also suppled us with an extra large fan which kept us cool at night. All the staff were extremely, friendly and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly, good food, location and child friendly.

Rundown and needs serious attention, staff were rude and everything felt like it was a big deal, no apologies for showers not working, dairy given despite specifying allergy, no apology.

Beautiful location, very clean and staff could not be more helpful some areas of the hotel, room and leisure facilities need updating but other than that a wonderful stay

We booked a balcony room but the view from the balcony was partially obscured by the roof of the bar below. It was difficult to find a waiter/barman to have a drink before dinner.
