ข้อดี - ใกล้รถไฟใต้ดินมาก - ใกล้มินิมาร์ทขนาดใหญ่ คาร์ฟูร์ และร้านขายซิมต่างๆ ข้อเสีย - โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ ทำให้ต้องแบกกระเป๋า 30 กิโลฯ ขึ้นไปชั้น 3 บันไดก็แคบ - พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่ดีนัก - ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวและไดร์เป่าผมให้ ต้องไปขอ - สภาพโดยรวมไม่ค่อยสะอาด ผ้าห่มบาง - โรงแรมไม่ซื่อสัตย์กับลูกค้า จองพักไปสามคืน แต่ให้นอนแค่คืนเดียว อีก 2 คืน ให้ย้ายโรงแรม แม้ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย แต่ค่อนข้างลำบาก เพราะอีกโรงแรมสกปรกกว่ามาก โดยรวมไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ

Without being judgemental. Not recommended for honeymooners and family with kids. Hallway is gloomy, stay at 5th fl and no lift, staircase is quite narrow for heavy luggages, rugs are damages, bathroom is so small. As for the neighbourhood, not feel like Paris at all (much non Parisians and French people) with some homeless straying around and smell of urines on the streets. Despite all, you can easily find anything you need around the neighbourhood, door step metro station, banks, grocery stores, any kind of foods, laundry service, beauty salon etc. What an experience and you get what you paid for.
