너무나 깨끗하고 넓은 공간에서 충분히 잘 쉴수 있었어요. 아침 뷔페는 특별함은 덜했지만 무난히 즐길만 했고, 직원들의 서비스는 무척 친절하고 좋았습니다. 특히, 엘리베이터가 빨라서 더좋았다는 ^^

주변에 쇼핑몰, 좋은 식당들이 즐비하여 위치가 좋습니다. 룸컨디션도 좋았고 조식도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 지하에 주차장이 있는데 들어나고 나가기가 빡쎕니다 큰차 가지고 가기에는 많이 부담스러울듯 저는 또 가게되면 여기 또 올거같습니다

메인광장에서 택시로 10유노 안쪽이며 주변에 먹거리가 많음. 주차는 진입공간이 협소해 초보자의 경우 파킹이 힘듬.

Il soggiorno è andato bene. Avevamo la colazione inclusa e la mattina in cui siamo partiti presto per prendere l'aereo ci hanno dato una box con del cibo per la colazione. La piscina è buona, l'unica pecca è che ci sono poche sdraio, di conseguenza è probabile che tu ti debba sedere per terra (c'è comunque erba finta sul pavimento, così non ti devi sedere sul cemento). Posizione ottima per la città delle arti e delle scienze, passano anche diversi autobus per il centro. Colazione ottima piena di scelte. La camera era carina, unica grande pecca il bagno era rovinato in diversi punti, non era finestrato e non aveva neanche una cappa di areazione.

I have to be honest but the hotel looked completely different in a negative way compared to what i first saw on the app and on the hotel official website. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 15 days and had high expectations from the pictures and some of the reviewers we saw online. The room was very basic,bathroom toilet very dirty and very run down. Which was not ideal due to my girlfriend recovering from a operation in spain. The rooftop poor is very small,very cold and looked old and run down. The gym looked very old and completely different to what you see on the hotel website just like the pool. Only positives i can say is that the staff was very good and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent close to loads of restaurants,sites,city centre and bars. And if like the beach you can get a cab to the beach which is like a 12 15 minutes drive there. But overall i think the hotel is more a 3 star then a 4 star hotel for sure

good location - breakfast buffet could be improved - all hot items were cold by the time we had them (like 10AM).

Las habitaciones tienen baños y mobiliario anticuado. Solo tienen calefacción, no tienen aire acondicionado

Reception staff friendly and helpful. The photos of pool area very deceptive. Pool is tiny with just a few sunbeds crammed in a small space. Awful fake grass around pool. Not a pleasant area to be.

Pool is ok a bit small but nice Shops were near city centre only 15minutes on bus from just out side the hotel

Nos dieron una habitación con mucho ruido. El servicio nos llamó a las 9 para hacer la habitación. Muy mal. ¿El parque? Mejor no hablar. Horroroso. Para entrar. El coche. Y sacarlo. Mejor dejarlo en la calle ¿La piscina? Es un trozo muy ridículo y muy pequeño para estar

The beds were extremely uncomfortable!

Ubicación muy bien justo al lado de la ciudad de las ciencias y las artes y muchos restaurantes. Hotel bastante antiguo y caro, necesita renovación. El AA no enfria lo suficiente, solicitamos el cambio de habitación y enviaron al de mantenimiento con un termometro. Olia raro al principio (desconozco causa) La piscina 3x3 y llena siempre. Me cobran el minibar a mi salida y me envían luego correo que por favor pague lo que debo del minibar.

Vi hadde et helt nydelig opphold på Valencia Center. Rommet var luftig

The hotel was in good place, and the breakfast was super. The staff were helpful and supportive. The issue was that on my third day, the lights in my room went off (after a strong noise). The hotel gave a new temporary room and was able to move that room. The second issue was that there were not staffed to help us to move our belongings to the new room (it was late night) and also the door of the first room did not work well with a low battery access card.

Clean, quiet area. Good restaurants nearby

Leider keine 4 Sterne! Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Bad verrostete Armaturen , alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend. Geringe Auswahl, Teller teils nicht sauber Kann ich leider nur bedingt weiter empfehlen
