Booking was for four people yet they only gave us three towels Large group of teenagers were literally wrestling in their rooms until late at night above us and staff didn’t seem to care even after we told them that we were trying to sleep because we had to check out really early Lack of communication between employees (was told we would be able to access breakfast a tad bit early yet come time we were told that wasn’t allowed) Rooms were clean but pool was small and unkept

Room is nice bed is nice house keeping is good price is good for what you get friendly staff and over all comfort of the room is nice

Not comfortable,I could hear walking from the unit about also talking from the units beside my room. There was also an unpleasant odour in the hotel. It was my first time staying at a super 8 and will also be my last time.

My whole experience start to finish was awful. I booked a room with 2 queen beds as I was travelling with my daughter. When I got to the hotel at 12:15am after our concert, I was informed they didn’t have our room and would give us a king bed room. I explained we needed 2 beds and he informed me there was a couch in the room. I explained how that isn’t acceptable and he argued with me, then after 5 minutes of going back and forth he would go clean the room (which had 2 queen beds in it) and it would take 15-25 minutes. We didn’t even get into the room until 1:05 am. Our check in time was 3pm the previous day. I woke up the next morning and spoke with the desk manager who was dismissive and argumentative. Explained how my original room had a “leak” so that’s why they switched me. I was never once notified of this change until I was at the front desk at midnight. He refused to take any ownership of his staff or their actions, and passed all blame onto me, the customer. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as their room was dirty, and their customer service is non existent.

The pool had some kind of private swimming lessons going on, so therefor there was no seating and towels. People kept coming in and out for these lessons. Not hotel guests kids. Our room smelled of smoke. The front desk came and sprayed a spray. By bedtime it totally stunk again. We all woke with sore throats this morning. No compensation what so ever for this terrible stay.

Room was disgusting. Shower had mold growing in it. The toilet seat was fixed half ass and dirty. Parts of the wall were falling off. The door didn't shut tight to the room. Very noisy. There was hair and sludge in the sink of the room. Overall cleanliness was definitely missing. The staff were very pleasant which helped with our stay. Breakfast had a decent selection but the coffee wasn't great.

Staff were nice, room was good, building itself a bit run down. The doors need a good paint and refinishing. Didn't get a chance to try the pool and could hear neighbors clearly through our wall. Breakfast was alright, continental

The room was sub par. The staff at desk very rude. I got charged an extra day and arguing withbthebstaff nownwho wont reverse the charge. Anyone who can see this do not stay at this dive

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Super 8! The staff were absolutely amazing super helpful, kind, and welcoming. Honestly, they made the whole experience so much better. The breakfast was awesome, fresh, and really enjoyable. The room was nice and comfortable too, but the best part was truly the staff excellent service and great people. Highly recommend staying here!.

The breakfast was really well done.

Although the halls are looking a little dated, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast had enough variety. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice. Building was clean and staff were friendly. Price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again. It is convenient being so close to the go station to go into downtown Toronto.
