다른곳에 비해 아주 편안했음

전체적으로 훌륭 다만 주차장이 없어서 옆 주차빌딩에 별도 주차해야하는 어려움이 있음 차를 이용하지 않는다면 전체적으로 훌륭함

친절한 접객, 발코니에서 본 시내 전망, 가까운 시내 접근성(zeil 거리 근처), 쾌적한 객실 상태 등에 매우 만족합니다.

리셉션과 식당만 리모델링하고 숙소는 너무 오래되고 물도 잘 안내려가요 주차도 심각하게 불편하여 아이들과 여행시에는 추천하지 않습니다

Staffs at Reception are too too too slowly working and dont recognize what is wrong…

Hotel is good. Clean and convenient for a visit to Frankfurt.

Excelente hotel, personal muy amable. Llegamos temprano y por venir de un vuelo de 12 horas nos dieron la habitación sin ningún cargo extra.

Would not stay again. The hotel is a mix of new and desperately needing renovation. Our fridge did not work, the lighting in the room was ridiculous, we booked a suite because we have kids and the living room lights only turned on with the bedroom lights, so we were unable to put the kids down and relax in the other room unless we sat in complete darkness. The tvs came with Chromecast, which was cool, but didn't work (internet was too slow to render, and on the other TV it didn't work at all) The bathroom sink we very discolored and yellow. And TO TOP IT OFF the lamp in the living room was broken, and in hindsight we should have said something, but ended up finding out that the hotel charged us $200 after we left because "we broke it". Criminals.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff all at reception were fantastic.. it could do a bit to improve on the breakfast. Not many varieties, I liked the pastries though

The hotel is in a great central location and the room was spacious and mostly quiet. However, the experience felt mixed. We arrived at 7 pm and the room was still not ready. They were still making the beds for our kids. The room had a strange mix of old and new, with parts clearly just left as they were before and others recently updated. Both TVs in the room were not set up correctly, which was frustrating. Parking was expensive. Overall, decent stay for one night, but the service and upkeep left room for improvement.

Excellent front desk Very clean, and the breakfast was delicious

VIP benefit said continental bf for one. We were confused so we booked bf buffet for 2. We got to hotel and we received the VIP voucher stating one breakfast a day free. Still not clear what sort of bf so too bad . Apart from that hotel staff were wonderful. Early check in, nice bf and free water and apple and jelly babies at reception.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. We walked everywhere and felt that the area was safe.

Sehr cooles Hotel, nur die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz gegeben. In der Dusche war am Boden etwas Dreck und das Leintuch war fleckig.

All staff were amazingly accommodating, F&B, Front Desk, Guest Services...A wonderful stay for us (1st timers in Germany)

We’ve been all over Europe and this hotel was one of the best we’ve been in. The reseptionist (man from the Philippines) was very serviceminded.
