전체 평가 및 리뷰 Palms at Wailea Maui

조용하고 가족들이 묵기 좋은 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다. 수영장이 조금 작지만 즐기기에는 충분합니다. 세탁기, 주방이 있어 편리하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 해변으로의 접근성이 좋지는 않지만 걸어서 15분 정도가면 좋은 해변을 즐길수 있습니다.

어른 5명 유아 1명 소아 1명 이렇게 이용했는데... 방도 넓고 가족끼리 왔을때는 괜찮은 선택인듯 합니다. 바베큐도 먹을수있고 어른분들 주변 산책도~ 거실에 에어컨이 없다는것 제외하고는 모두 좋습니다.

넓은 객실 공간, 1층 잔디와 연결된 벤치와 야외 바베큐대.. 여러 가족이 여행하는 경우 이용하면 좋은 것 같습니다. 다만, 우리가 숙박했을 때 체크인 시간이 3시였음에도 불구하고 3시 45분이 넘어서야 체크인이 가능했고, 비행기 시간 때문에 오전 7시 40분경에 체크아웃을 하러 사무실로 갔으나 문이 닫혀 있어서 어떡하나 하며 두리번 거리다가 까지 잠깐 나온 직원이 보이길래 노크를 하고 사정을 이야기 해서 어렵게 열쇠를 반납하고 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 야외 바베큐대는 가스가 조금 밖에 없어서 바베큐를 가스가 떨어졌는데, 저녁 8시가 넘은 시간이라 직원을 부를 수도 없어서 바베큐를 그냥 접어야 했던 점은 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

거실, 방2, 욕실2, 주방 등으로 구성되어 있어 2세대이상 가족여행객에게 정말 최적의 숙소였어요. 거실앞에 프라이빗 정원도 꽤 넓고 세탁기, 오븐, 렌지,커피메이커, 휴대용 비치체어 등까지 모든것이 완벽히 구비되어 있었어요. 다만 해변접근은 바로 되지않아 해수욕이 좀 불편했던것 빼곤 시설과 서비스 공간 모두 훌륭했어요

신혼 여행으로 묵었는데....너무 좋습니다.

3대 6인 가족이 지내는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 이 곳의 낙조는 아주 예술입니다. 조용히 지내실 것을 원하신다면 추천합니다.

7월17일부터 20일까지 3박했습니다. 우선 주변, 숙소단지 모두 너무너무 조용합니다. 대부분 가족단위 휴양객들이라 7시 이후면 너무 조용해집니다. 방이 2개이고 화장실도 2개여서 아주 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방안에 세탁기 및 건조기가 있어서 아주 유용하게 사용했습니다. 다만, 방마다 차이가 있는데 에어컨이 1개만 있는 방과, 2개 있는 방이 있습니다. 저는 에어컨 1개있는 방에 묵었고 방마다 천장 선풍기가 달려있어서 크게 덥다는 느낌은 없었지만, 혹시 더위를 많이 타시는 분이라면 에어컨2개 있는 방을 선택하시는게 좋습니다. 주차장도 객실마다 할당되어있고 공짜라서 더없이 좋습니다. 가족단위 여행객들에게 정말 추천합니다.

The property was just okay. The shutters were very dust and the the master bedroom bed had a sheet that was 1 size too small and just kept coming off. The whole master bedroom all the way to the bathroom was carpeted, which made it musty on top of the typical Hawaii humidity. The ocean view, however, was beautiful. The lawns and outside surrounding property was well kept.

Everything was sooo good and perfect!

It was great. Came back after 16 years and property is still in great shape.

It was a nice place to stay on maui. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything we tried worked. Not cluttered. Good amount of seating inside and out. Good amount of dishes and pans. Newer appliances. Easy walk to the pool. The staff were friendly.

A little dated but fantastic area and great grounds. Worth the stay.

We loved our stay at the Palms!

I liked the area a lot but the property was a little run down. My party rented a few rooms at the Palms and every property was slightly different quality. The front desk was very kind and accommodating but I cannot recommend the property as there is a lot that can be improved. Everything was functioning and clean but it was clearly aged and run down. The living spaces have no AC, which would be difficult to survive in summer. The lotion provided was used. During our stay there was an open house above us and pest control came to spray the complex. It was just odd to experience all this during a vacation.

Location, the views, the swimming pool, friendly staff and the general layout and upkeep of the property.

The property was great. The room was very spacious. The bathrooms could have been cleaner before our check in but other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Never updated condo from the 70s. Dirty fan blades and doors, broken glass covered with packing tape, patio screen off its tracks, loose screw on another patio door track making operation difficult to name a few things. Pictures do not match the individual condo rented. The outdoor grounds and pool, however, were very nice.

Be aware that this booking is for a condo with rental managed by the seller here (Outrigger). The photos provided absolutely do not reflect the condition of the unit we were assigned. Our unit had dirty carpeting that I’d guess is 15 years old. Appliances have been recently replaced but all fixtures and features - electrical and plumbing - are on the downhill side of acceptable. Our unit was second floor with a narrow stairwell to bring things up. The main bathroom was about as clean as an average YMCA locker room. We were very disappointed and cannot recommend this property. Other units might be just fine but it’s a roll of the dice we lost.
