취리히 중앙역과 가깝고 매우 쾌적하였습니다.

Great hotel in a great location but the AC is not great. Even with the air in our room as cool as it went, our room next got below 26C/78F so it was quite warm. The hotel and area are great but just know that although they advertise AC it’s not an American style AC.

Enjoyed our quick stay at the Helmhaus Hotel. Service was excellent with a friendly staff. Location was great being within the Oldtown and close to shops and restaurants. The room was very well decorated with beautiful art in our room and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was exquisite and they made the best flat white to start our day. Our five year old also enjoyed the activity book, coloring pencils and slippers. Hotel provided us with towels and water for our day swimming at the local river and pool. Wonderful stay and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful with everything. Hotel is very clean and well kept. We stayed 4 nights and had a comfortable stay. The only negative I can think of is if you are super tall like my husbsnd he barely fit in the tub. Hotel is in a great central location and close walking to a lot of restaurants, shops,cafes.

The room was great and the staff was even better. We left a shirt there by mistake and they even saved it for us so we could retrieve - they know the area v well and they have a great collection of reading material about the area that you can browse. The location can’t be beat also. Everything about this place is top notch, highly recommend for a long or short stay in Zurich.

This hotel is close to everything. Many sights, shops and restaurants in the area. Staff was most helpful. We would stay here again.
