We were really excited to stay here, we saw the picture online and decided to book our stay. The hotel didn’t look as bad from the outside but inside it’s old and musty. The staff if just average, the room was old and the beds are not queen. The restroom was also old and not like the pictures showed and the water pressure was very low. It 3 of us who stayed and they literally left just one mini bottle of shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. I’ve stayed at many hotels, when a hotel is clean it looks clean but most importantly it FEELS clean. This one was old and dirty outside and inside it smelled musty and it didn’t feel clean. Also the trash can in the room had no bag. In the morning we went down to eat breakfast and we were told if we wanted to eat the “good food” it would be an additional fee, they called it a buffet but it only had like 3 dishes. We checked out and went to eat local food. We had a great time in Monterrey but o would never stay here again unless it’s an emergency and this o the only hotel available.

El hotel es limpio y el personal es muy atento. Solo que las instalaciones se me hacen demasiado antiguas y viejas. La comida es muy rica pero poco variada,

Vale la pena recalcar que si uno se hospeda en este lugar se contemplará en el desayuno no diferenciar y lo otorguen completo ya que me he hospedado en otros hoteles y no distinguen el desayuno es decir lo dan completo por el hospedarse

Para nosotros es un cubicación genial por nuestros intereses, cerca del centro está aún paso de metro y muchos cosas alrededor y un Soriana supermercado con Café punta del Cielo y un Sams a lado

Me encantó el desayuno buffet incluído. Riquísimo, nutritivo y recién hecho. Excelente servicio de todo el personal de la barra desayuno buffet.
