Clean, comfortable ,quiet, and quick. Everything you want in a hotel. Breakfast was the finishing touch.

Overall, we were happy with the property. We had some challenges parking due to parking lot maintenance. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good.

The property is generally well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint: The top sheet on the bed had a very obvious—even if small—blood stain on the corner of the sheet. An attentive housekeeper would have caught it and would not have put the sheet on a guest bed.

Convenient location. Clean and helpful staff.

24/7 coffee and tea area. The shower had amazing water pressure and HOT water. So welcome after a day of travel!

Very nice room layout. Even though sink was not in bathroom, it was not visible to rest of room. Great breakfast. Will stay again.

Family came to Burlington for sports weekend and this was a hotel we chose for convenience and pool. Once we got there we were told by teammates and family that the pool was not in service. When I asked about it upon check in the front desk confirmed it and that "they had hoped the pool would be open". TBH, the outdoor pool was a key selling point. Others we know promptly checked out and booked elsewhere, we didn't feel like hassling it. The room was decent, nothing special or terrible. Beds are soft. AC worked. The sink didn't drain well, couldn't open it to let the water through. I told the front desk on check out.To our dismay we found a cockroach in shower. Needless to say, we didn't eat breakfast there the next day.

We booked this Hotel for the weekend with the outdoor pool the contributing factor for our stay. Pool was closed, despite signs in and around the Hotel indicating that the Pool would be open and ready Mid June 2025. Our smoke detector went off in our room ten minutes after a shower. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom. The noise level interrupted our sleep, the outside door was right below our room, each time the door was used it shook our room.

My stay was great!!! Room was comfortable! The breakfast bar was great!

The pool was unsafe to swim in. I called ahead to check the status of the pool prior to booking and was told it was good to go. We got here and after swimming for an hour someone came out and said the pool was closed for cleaning and would not open until the next day. This was at 4:30 pm. Another employee told us it has not been open yet this year because of chemical issues and will not open until maybe later next week. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The worst part is the kids swam in it for an hour before someone came and closed it down even thought they knew it was unsafe to swim in it.

Parfait. Propre. Petite chambre mais fonctionnelle. Tous les produits salle de bains. Petit déjeuner bon avec omelette saucisse gaufres… Seul bémol : le sèche linge était en panne et j’avais besoin de faire des lessives !

Staff friendly & helpful. 24 hr availability of hot beverages. Good mix of hot & cold choices @ breakfast. Convenient location.

This is very much a 3.5 star hotel. The room and the amenities are great. It's quiet and clean; the staff is cordial and accommodating; We very much liked the separate coffee bar which was always available through the day. Although we didn't use the breakfast, we noted a much wider offering for the patrons. All-in-all, a very nice place to stay!

I usually try to stay close to downtown but now I will be staying at this location
