It could of have cleaner sheets and towels. Very noisy. Overall this was a quick in and out stay. If I'm coming through Daphne, AL again.I know where not to stay.

The woman that was working the front desk couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone to check me in. The room was in total disrepair. Cracks in the walls and outlets with exposed wires. The sheets were ripped with holes in them. Just absolutely uncomfortable and gross.

We stayed for the price. It was comfortable.

Great stay at a clean room for a reasonable price.

Apparently shower curtains are extra. There wasn't one in my room

This place is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wyndham would be shocked how bad this hotel is run. Shut it down

Our first room, the a/c didnt work. My husband cleaned the vents that were about 3 inches deep in dust. It still didnt work. He went downstairs to tell the front desk and see if we could swap rooms. Her response to the a/c was, 'what do you want me to do about it?' Anyway, we switched rooms, this one needed major updates but a/c worked. Told front desk person that the "free breakfast" was pitiful and her response was 'well, he doesn't have to provide anything '

A Nice Quiet place

I tried this hotel again and the second experience was better. The first experience was horrible and I can’t believe I even tried it again. However, I’m glad i did.

we like it being close to I10

We got a nonsmoking suite for our stay and the room smelled awful. No refrigerator and when I called the front desk she informed me they randomly put refrigerators in rooms. If I’m paying for a suite there should be a refrigerator and it not smelling like stinking cigarettes. Definitely wasn’t worth the money and will not be staying here again. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property had garbage all over the grounds. Landscape was in awful shape. No coffeemaker or drink cups in the room. The towels were so thin you could see through them. We checked out after one night

Asked twice for room to be cleaned. Never done for three day stay. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels.

No fridge - no daily service - broken microwave - staff not particularly concerned

We got in late the front desk was very nice. However, the ac was rattling and making a horrible smell and would not cool the room. By the time we realized the ac was not going to cool it was about 2AM and we were too tired to even call and see about changing rooms. We did tell the front desk when we left and they really didn’t seem to care. The Manager wasn’t in either to offer any assistance in the matter. This was our first experience with this chain and not sure we would attempt another try.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were extremely thin and had stains. Toilet seat was broken. A bag was stuffed in a hole in the ceiling. Washer and dryer were so disgusting I would not use.

I didn't like that there was no refrigerator or microwave. Everything else was fine.

Did not have a Queen bed or two queen, hard to access driveway, up hill and bump when leaving, breakfast too many carbs

Property nice but had problems with security dead bolt on first room before being moved to a new room.
