Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

There was no parking we had to park on the street and walk around the block,we were not told about the 100$ deposite until we checked in , check out is 11,but if you want breakfast you have to be there before 9 if ya want to eat ,the pool closes at 9 pm, over all, I expected alot better for 300 a night

We were not provided a receipt upon check out when we asked for one since they put a 100 dollar incidental charge on your bill that does not come off for 5 to 7 days. They informed us they do not give receipts to people who book through third party agencies. I am hoping we get the 100 back but we shall see.The toliet handle broke n fell off when we went to flush the toliet. The shower was dirty. Front desk staff were not welcoming and seemed annoyed when we were calling to get the toliet fixed and upon checking out when asking about the incidental charge and receipt. I would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to stay here...ever. The place is not well kept and the staff were rude. I dont leave many reviews but thought i should so people know to choose a different hotel to stay in when visiting Pittsburgh.

Noise level high in the hall from guests between midnight and wee hours of the morning. At those hours talking softely and no loud music should just be common sense

We had 2 children very excited about the indoor pool and it was closed the whole time for remodeling. Outside was littered with garbage. The latin music was loud. The elevators barely worked.

It looked like we arrived at a challenging time as the area had recently experienced bad storms which seemed to have compromised some aspects of service. Might have been other things going on but the staff really kept their cool and managed the situation. we got through our one night without any inconvenience

They were renovating. Certain appliances didnt work and the shower was dirty upon arriving

Although the hotel is currently being renovated, we had very good service and would come back there anytime.

Staff was fantastic! It's hard to review because the entire hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shops.

Every employee were extremely helpful and kind The breakfast was delicious

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is difficult due to construction but otherwise love this hotel. Will definitely be back

The hotel was getting remodeled, which, we did not know about until the day of. However, we were accommodated with free parking and extra points. Beds were great, staff was friendly, one of the best breakfast selections I’ve seen! Not so goods: Bathroom had hair on the floor prior to our arrival and just did not feel “clean”. Construction started at 8am on a Saturday preventing us from getting some much needed rest. Walls and doors are thin, any hallway conversation can be heard from your room.

Hotel is under renovation and wasn’t notified about it prior. Went with my children and they had nothing to do since pool was closed.

The hotel was overbooked so I didn’t have a room

My stay was fine, except that the hotel was undergoing renovations so the pool and fitness center were closed. The elevators were a mess from the renovations. No luggage carts available because the renovators were using them.

Access to downtown by foot is easy. Plenty of eating and beverage choices on foot. Breakfast had many options and fresh fruit was a nice change.

Good stay

The property called the day I was traveling to tell me that there was no gym or pool or hot breakfast because of renovations occurring at the property. I paid full price for the room, and did not have a choice to cancel because I was within 24 hours. They called the day of intentionally so that I could not cancel. The elevators were filthy and smelled terrible— my daughter was scared to be in them. This property should have closed during renovations or advertised it on the website or called at least 48 hours in advance to inform patrons of the renovations. I will give credit to a clean and pleasant room far away from construction noise.
