Room was clean, staff was friendly, rate was affordable. Nothing fancy at all, but decent for the value.

Nice hotel with full kitchen, and full size fridge with freezer but bring your own everything for the kitchen. Breakfast was pretty good with make your own waffles, sausage, eggs etc. Pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. Room was in decent condition but shows dripped

All night long, each night about every 2 -3 hours someone would knock on my door, but no one was there.

The place needs to be refreshed.

Kitchen was poorly stocked. No dish towel or paper towel, one glass and 2 mugs. Bathroom was cramped, and tub had no stopper. No extra blanket available. Had to ask for coffee and creamer packets. Breakfast only went to 9:00 on weekends

Great location for our visit to Cincinnati. Clean room for overnight stay. No hangers were provided in the closet; but only staying overnight didn’t cause an issue.

the room had a musty smell

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms are big. Would stay here again anytime!

Staff was friendly, good breakfast, and very comfortable. We slept great and had a good time during our short stay. Small nitpicking: we stayed in a suite that could sleep 6-8 people. There was 1 towel hook and it was clear across the bathroom from the shower. You had to put your towel on the floor. The curtain rod in the bathroom was too small for the window so it was hanging precariously from the finials. In both bedrooms, a window had been covered for furniture placement. The 1 bedroom had a wall panel to mount the TV to in front of the window, with a large cut out above the TV for the wires. Quite bright in the morning. There was a kitchen with some wares by which one could prepare their own meals, but only 1 knife. The room looked like renovations were begun, but never finished or done well. We would go back for the comfort of the stay, but it could look much better and more complete.

I would stay again

Everything was great besides it smelling like trees in lobby, which doesn’t bother me at all personally, but just to give a heads up to anyone that might be sensitive to it. Not the hotels fault though! Great place to stay.

The exterior of the property's beautification was lacking. It didn't look like the picture on the website. Roon 102 smelled of mold. Dirty carpet in the hallways and hotel room. We had several bugs in our room. We had to move out of the room late Friday night. Children on 2nd floor running throughout the night. Was told by front desk worker, that kids will be kids.

clean place with good service at a good rate not too far away (15 min) from downtown breakfast was good as well and staff was very helpful in retrieving a couple of items we had forgotten in the room

The room is dated but comfy and is clean. Will definitely meet our needs.

The hotel, like it’s high rating, is incredibly outdated. The room: The walls are visibly damaged with the wrong color patch jobs and gross stains all over. It’s obvious our room was a smoking room back in the past, as the place smelled awful. The kitchenette is old. We had 4 butter knives but no forks or spoons. The fridge doesn’t work great, and our groceries froze. The freezer has an ice maker, but don’t use it in drinks. The ice tastes horrible. The room is partially updated, with a newer tv and desk/dresser combo, and headboard, but that makes the kitchenette half show its age even more. We only 2 plates, 2 mugs, and 4 knives at our disposal. Yikes. There were also unwashed skillets, a spatula, and a cutting board. All filthy. The toaster emitted blue sparks when we tried to use it. The linens are white, but stained. There were cobwebs on our wall, the towel rack was partially out of the wall, our bathroom door had previously been broken,

Our check-in was good. Our room was more than we expected and the parking was nice.. I would have liked to see fresh flowers in the pots in the outdoor pagoda area instead of the dead plants and dirt.
