There was no electricity in the hotel and was forxed to find alternative accommodation, im now out of pocket

Chambre toujours aussi agréable avec un surclassement offert ☺️. En revanche, petit-déjeuner moyen : manque de produits (pas de cake, appareil à gaufres défectueux, pas de gobelets à emporter). Réassort lent et incomplet : 15 min d’attente pour les œufs, lait chaud oublié, pas de cuillère pour se servir. Manque d’hygiène : melange des cuillères les clients passent des oeufs au flageolet avec la meme cuillère, touchent les aliments avec leurs mains (surtout le pain) au lieu d'utiliser les serviettes où s’appuient sur le buffet, leurs vêtements et cheveux touchant la nourriture 😔.

Mooi hotel en ruime kamers. Schone kamers. Personeel is klantvriendelijk. Alleen had voor een Hilton hotel wel een uitgebreidere ontbijt verwacht. Weinig keuze en een te kleine ontbijt hoek. Koffieautomaat weinig keuze. Geen kaas bij ontbijt.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with well-appointed rooms. However, there are several significant shortcomings. The temperature control in my room did not maintain the set temperature and remained uncomfortably hot. The maintenance staff advised that no improvement was possible. Breakfast was also disappointing. The limited food selection was poorly presented, with most containers nearly empty, and what remained was of poor quality, wasn't fresh and tasted awfull. Two of the three coffee machines were out of order, and the disorganized crowd attempting to find whatever crops were left created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel itself is adequate, the experience was undermined by these issues. I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent stay and so convenient for Eurostar.

Les chambres sont très basiques, la salle de bain sans pare douche oblige à inonder la salle de bain. Le meuble de salle de bain était sale. Nous avons été très déçu de la chaine Hilton et ne reviendrons pas.

J'aime cet hotel qui est moderne, en bon état et très beau. Chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. Salle de sport appréciable. PDJ sympa. Les gaufres, vu que nous sommes à Lille, ce serait bien d'avoir de la pâte à gaufre liégeoise et pain complet serait un plus. Restaurant très bon mais service long..

Prachtige kamer. Heel proper. Super goede ligging. Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Enige kleine minpuntje is de afwezigheid van eigen parkeermogelijkheden. Je bent aangewezen op een Indigo parking nabij en deze is buitengewoon duur.
