Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour.

No not at all. I mainly wanted to use the pool since I love swimming. Pool was cold and there were no lifeguards when I tried to swim at 530 pm on Match 5th. It should have been open till 10 pm just like gym.The temperature was supposed to be 28.4 like every other indoor pools in the hotels worldwide. It was only 22C. So I couldn't swim. My reservation was for 3 days. I only stayed one night. Following morning I talked to 2 managers in the hotel they both said there is nothing they could do so I left the hotel in the morning of March 6th. I paid for 3 nights, half board , March 5 ,6 and 7. I only had dinner on March 5th. I didn't even have breakfast on March 6th because I was so upset after talking to the managers. They were not friendly and not willing to help at all. I lost my money thru no fault of mine. I moved to a different hotel with a functioning pool and my vacation ended up being more expensive unexpectedly and unfairly. I would give this hotel 1 star

Odamiz ile ilgili bir sorun cikti ve hemen yardimci olup cozmeleri. Daha once de bu otel de kalmistim ve tekrar tercih etmek onemli. Iyi ki tercih etmisim. Sorunlar her zaman olabilir ama onemli olan bunu hizli, sogunkanli ve pozitif cozebilecek ekibinizin olmasi ve bunun oldugunu dun aksam hotel su bama gosterdi. Tesekkur ederim.

Oda ve çarşafların temizliği iyi kahvaltı taze ve çeşitli çakşanlar kibar ve ilgili. Gün içerisinde duşlarda sıcak su yetersiz kış aylarında kapasiteyi karşılamıyor

Odanızın tam karşısında otelin kendi içinde düğün organizasyonu yapıyorlar ve bu organizasyon gece 12 ye kadar aralıksız devam ediyor. Uyumanız veya odada sakince dinlenmeniz imkansız. Aradığımda başka odaya yönlendirebileceklerini söylediler. Ben neden manzaralı olması için ekstra para verdiğim odadan çıkayım veya yer değiştirmek zorunda kalayım. Öncesinde nezaketen haber verir insan ona göre plan programımızı yaparız. Bunun dışıda güzel otel. Ama ley ley ley kafamda zonkluyor resmen müzikler.

Otel genel olarak oldukça güzel, heryer beyaz renk bu da hoş, havuz bölgesi ve oyun alanları da güzel, asansör sayısı fazla ve hızlı, odalar da konforlu ancak fiş fırçası ve macunu eklenmeli, ayrıca komodin yerine yatağın yanına yapılan yükseltili yerler kullanışsız, balkondaki masa ve yatak çok iyi, kırmızı restoranın içi gerçekten ful kırmızı ve heryer ayna bu da nanılmaz göz yormakta, bazı ışıklar pır pır ediyor ve başımızı döndürdü bu da, otelin çalışanları son derece kibar ve güleryüzlü, teşekkür ederiz parasının hakkını veren nezih bir otel.

We had an amazing time at Hotel SU - the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us. The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!
