Clean and a nice place to stay

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were fairly clean. Some staining on the desk chair and some of the bedding. The dresser/ tv stand was very dusty. This hotel has limited tv programming and does not have smart tvs. You are also unable to use a fire stick due to limitations to the wifi

The place to stay in Fort Francis ! They also added more hot food for breakfast which was very good ! The only blemish was they ran out of pool towels !

I always enjoy staying at a good super 8, we always aim for one when traveling. The breakfast is always so filling. Beds are comfy, clean and warm lol

Not enough pool towels. We had 2 one year olds in the pool when we realized we had no towels. When we asked front counter the reply was they were all in the washing machine. They wouldn’t give us room towels for the infants. They just expected us to let them freeze. However the room cleaners were more accommodating and let us use two towels Other then that everything was great

Older hotel. Everything you needed was available. Staff was great.

Room was in good comdition, mattress was kind of hard

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The room was for disabled and it was very spacious and comfy. The staff also were polite and helpful. I forgot my insulin in the room's fridge but I received a call just a few minutes after I left alerting me to this, so that we were able to come back for it. Nice breakfast available too as well as soup in the evening. Very much enjoyed it.

Because of the staff, I'm giving it a 5 star stay. Circumstances out of their control kept the pool from being open for several days, and the morning boiled eggs stopped after a few days, because of new rules from management, but the staff was lovely and we'll definitely stay there again.
