전체 평가 및 리뷰 Occidental Caribe - All Inclusive

The food in the buffet was terrible. Food had no flavor and some of it was cold even when the food was “fresh.” Staff was disorganized during check in and most were unfriendly.

The food was not good. Most of the staff didnt speak enough English to understand anything beyond the few usual words such as beer, water, Coke, etc. For example, we asked for salt and pepper and they brought us Salsa. There were NO shells on the beach! I have never been to a beach where there are no shells. So strange. We were bored and ready to leave about the 3rd day and still had 3 more days. A pool table, games, some entertainment would have been nice. If you are just wanting unlimited alcohol for a cheap stay, this may work for you, but if you are a foodi or want some entertainment, I would pick another resort.

I like everything except the boogie tour, they cancel the tour and dont inform or give us notice about the holiday .when we separate

Hotel é bem gostoso, porém extremamente lotado!!! Difícil conseguir uma cadeira na praia, na piscina, no restaurante. Hóspedes mal educados e porcos. A comida é farta. Não é nota 10, mas dá pra comer. O nosso quarto tinha alguns problemas, como por exemplo a tv que não funcionava.

The attention and service of the staff was amazing want to point that out specially for Cindi that tried to help us. We had issue with the A/C since the day we arrived, it was just like a fan no cool at all. We reported it that same day we got there and nothing was done and also the shower was cloged and all the water remained there for a while. The next day we talked with Cindi and reported the same and she tried to helped us giving us other room but we checked it first and the A/C was the same way. It's unfortunate that the A/C seems not to be working as it should and the other thing I think the hotel needs to work on is having more variety in the buffet and also they should have other food options available.

Occidental Cabre was a very clean and enjoyable place to stay. The beach was amazing and clean. The staff we very accommodating. A special thank you to Cliford,Stephany,Emanual,David and Francia for making our 40th wedding Anniversary very memorable. We loved the people and the Domincian was a beautiful place to visit. We will be back. 5 star all the way.

Not good for the price

Un asco de hotel, el aire acondicionado no funciona en ninguna habitación, la limpieza pobre, el buffet nada variado, comida mala. Servicio pésimo

Infrastructure improvements are needed as the building is old. Although efforts are being made to keep it functional, the bathrooms, for example, are deteriorated for a resort. Additionally, the furniture is outdated.

The property itself was beyond breathtaking, the ocean view is out of this world!! The staff does a phenomenal job taking care of the property and facilities! The only downside was the casino, especially the blackjack table, I witnessed the dealers cheaters, and dealing cards from behind the front card in the shoe. Then if you win, they ring a bell for you to go to this “special table “ to win the jackpot, stay away from blackjack and stay away from the other special table, it’s a scam, I lost over $1,000 in less than 30 minutes. Other than that, the experience was exceptional.

It's a beautiful and huge place, monstruosos pools, astonishing landscaping, great personal and services, such a unique and joyable experience

Staff rude had pay for my upgraded room because their room was leaking water from the ceiling and the suite was the same problem Room service horrible serve you food from Buffett and charge you They don’t even change sheets in the room They’re very rude

Gostamos bastante da nossa hospedagem, nossas férias foram incríveis! Occidental Caribe é lindo e a praia é perfeita, com águas cristalinas. O quarto é confortável e grande, pegamos de frente para o mar e a vista é sensacional! Café da manhã e restaurantes reservados são muito bons. Poderiam melhorar apenas a comida do restaurante principal, que é o do buffet, almoço e jantar. Pessoas educadas e sempre animadas. Ótimo custo benefício! Recomendo bastante!

The staff is great, they want you to have a nice time and enjoy yourself, and the hotel is very nice, the pool has a swim-up bar where we spent most of our time lol. Would visit again.

The staff is very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Buffet food is ok, alcholic drinks are ok, rooms are clean, and the Japanese Restaurant was our favorite.

The housemade were absolutely fantastic, as well as the service and faciliteis. Highly recommending this place.
