FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE DID NOT RECEIVE ROOM THAT I BOOKED FOR ROOM 214 HAS BED BUGS AND ROACHES NO BREAKFAST WORST EXPERIENCE YET

Check in was quick. We asked and got extra towels. No breakfast. We were just there overnight.

The second night, we left early because my daughter saw two roaches crawling around in the bathroom. The guy at the front desk stated they would refund us but when we spoke with the manager he said they would not because we went through a third party. The third party contacted them, and he wouldn’t answer at first. When he finally answered, he still would not refund us! I would NOT recommend staying here!

When i booked this room i ask for pet friendly, but when you get there it is not

Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Staff was very nice and professional.

Ok stay! bathroom wasn’t clean floor had dirt on it. the chair in the room was filthy. Also remote didn’t work had to watch my phone

Didn't we like about that the service at the front desk was non existent they kept locking the swimming pool area every time I got out there was no one else using the swimming pool during the day but they kept the doors locked had to go to the front desk and get them to open the swimming area

The room had everything we needed, but the staff ran the vacuum cleaner right outside of our room for hours upon hours the morning of our checkout. They are also rude.
