The room was perfect. Very specious and clean as it was renovated recently. The parking lot was very close to the rooms. The swimming pool was small but the hot tub was good. The only problem was that the lobby and breakfast place were dusty due to the continuing construction for renovation.

Clean room and very accommodating for a family of 6 including a 2yr old and 6 yr old. The bed and breakfast was a nice option to have as well.

Hot tub and pool was closed with no heads up until we checked in. Asked for an upgrade and was shot down. Offered to let us cancel with no fees or $20 off our stay.

Clerks were very helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it looks way worse than it did when I was here two years ago. The pool wasn’t working and the hallways and hotel room could use paint. It is so rundown compared to when I was here before.

Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel room is spacious for 5 of us but even it's suite that doesn't mean you can cook anything. There is one small fridge and a very small coffee machine that can only brew a cup at the time. And there is no other suite amenity like microwave or water kettle etc. The location is quiet remote and not many restaurant choices near by.

We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were immaculate and the hotel itself was remarkably modern and updated. The location is also ideal, as it is conveniently situated near various attractions, including the Avenue of Giants. The outdoor pool area was exceptionally clean and provided a refreshing swimming experience for my family. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk who assisted us was particularly friendly, attentive, and informative. Overall, our stay was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Bed was uncomfortable, coffee maker in the room didn’t work, a lot of the surfaces were pretty gross (couch and blinds specifically), there was water damage all along the window sill, and I’m pretty sure the continental breakfast got me sick. On a positive note, the pool and hot tub were nice.

Simple but well stocked continental breakfast. Bright and clean. Easy access to bike trail right outside the door. Close drive to surrounding attractions.

New so it’s good
