Small room seem to not get any attention after we decline the membership option

Nice stay

The hotel is very clean, the indoor pool is amazingand the front desk employee respond in timely manner. Overall the hotel is family oriented.

They put us in the room that is literally on the other side of the parking deck. It was loud, car horns, people yelling. They shouldnt even have this room available.

Excellent location. Staff were helpful as well. Stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a kitchen. Fridge didn’t work, some of the walls had damage with not quality repairs. If you like jet fighters you will hear and see them constantly.

Beautiful ocean view! Great place for people watching and easy access to the boardwalk. We would syay thete again for sure!

Wonderful staff and amazing rooms. The stay was a little bumpy at the start but as a result the room was upgraded to something I definitely couldn't have afforded, and it felt like we were in a house. 5 out of 5, would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. The view from the room was worth the trip.

Fantastic stay! We booked a 1 bedroom room. Clean, updated, and spacious. We had plenty of room and beds/pull out sofas for me and husband and our 2 kids. View and location were the best! Parking was a little challenging with our oversized truck but the hotel does offer a few oversized spots. And the staff were diligent in making sure that there were no illegal parking.

Oceanview, I tough was with balcone. No room service… 4 pm to 10 am staying (terrible)

The location to the beach was great! Bed was comfortable. The room was much smaller than it liked online- VERY deceiving! The “kitchenette” unfortunately wasn’t as hoped either. Coffee pot leaked- soi didn’t use, toaster didn’t work resulting in the need to go out for breakfast everyday. The kitchen space was the main reason I booked this room. The hallway smelled of marijuana pretty bad. I went by and bought an air cleaner for my room. The room was clean and the staff members that I encountered were all very nice and professional. All in all I would not stay here again. Price did not match what I got.

They try to sell you timeshares when you check in

Check out is 10am. I called the night before for a late check out. They harassed me from 10am until 10:45 when I checked out. So annoying
