On my second business trip to India, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helped me use the service comfortably. I had a very special experience at this hotel. I was busy with my last schedule and left my passport on the plane, and I experienced an amazing service in which the hotel contacted the airline to retrieve the passport directly and deliver it to the hotel. Thank you to Mr. Jayanadh (Jay) security team and his manager, Mr. Hemanta Mukho phdhyay, for your help to the end. It was a really difficult situation, but I would like to thank you again for contacting the airline directly to help me retrieve my passport.

This gem of a hotel has history and yet it is incredibly efficient, personable, professional and lovely. Located close enough to the old town, shopping and not too far from going to their sister property, the Taj Falukama Palace for a meal or high tea (which we did). The lobby is elegant, grounds are lovely, the bed comfy and the breakfast buffet will also cook whatever you like. All the staff are terrific, Chef Pradeep and the others great. The Indian food superb and the Italian and Chinese restaurants excellent too. Highly recommend.

I always stay at Taj in HYD. Usually at Taj Deccan . This time tried Krishna . The buffet was very average. I love the food and buffet at Taj deccan and was expecting same or better at Taj krishana but disoppointed.

Room was smaller than I expected but was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities. The front desk staff and the bellman were courteous and very helpful. They had a lovely swimming pool and a garden trail at the back of the Taj.
