Excelente hotel y servicio

My friend and I were there over a weekend. I had made a previous reservation for two rooms with a king bed. I also previously mentioned that we wanted joined rooms which they sent me a message and said they would arrange it once we checked in but they said they had. We checked in right at 3 and first they said that I only had one room reserved and after I showed that I reserved two rooms and looked into, it turns out they separated the reservation into two because it was two rooms once we got to the rooms they had 2 beds each instead of the king, went back to the clerk and told her that we had made the reservations with a king bed and the rooms weren’t joined, the walls were all dirty, there was a cockroach and hairs on the bathroom. The extra lock was broken, the bottom of the door seemed to be smaller than the frame because it was very windy and a lot of dirt came through the bottom of the door. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend the place. The clerk who was there when we checked in was unfriendly and totally refused to help us.

Hotel viejísimo la cama rota ,moho en la tina , las toallas descocidas,me salí y me fui a otro estaba de terror

Estancia muy agradable, cuartos comodos y limpios, el desayuno sinceramente esta regular , y hace falta baños serca de la alberca y alguna carpa que haga sombra tambien.

Muy mal la señal de wifi … muy poco papel de baño donde tuvimos que pedir más en recepción. No había botellas de agua para beber. Piso pegajoso (se sentía sucio). Agregar una sábana más a las camas.

Buena opcion para estancia en Hermosillo

Buena opcion, cuenta con ricas almohadas y habitaciones, buen personal, la alberca 10/10. Muy cerca todo.

Al llegar al hotel había un grupo de universitarios que se apropiaron de la piscina poniendo música a todo volumen y como no había guardia en la piscina estaban tomando alcohol. Llego llegamos al cuarto, no habían cobijas, solo sábanas, ni siquiera botellas de agua, el tapón de la tina de baño no servía, bueno, nos metimos a nadar como pudimos, el agua helada y llena de basura y abejas y avispas por que la red de la piscina que atrapa residuos no servía, luego vamos al gimnasio, oxidado, ni siquiera limpio aunque no revisé si servía la caminadora, eso no estoy segura. Pedimos cobijas, nos dieron harapos que parecían tapetes, mañana siguiente, desayuno insípido, servicio muy lento, 30 minutos esperando un huevo con frijol y unos chilaquiles, ni siquiera estaba lleno el restaurante, el café sabía a tierra y nunca entregaron el plato con fruta. En fin, no tienen suficiente personal aunque es pasable pero no agradable.

Se empieza a ver que le hace falta mantenimiento.
