직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 로비의 좋은 향기부터 여행 기분을 좋게해줍니다. 마요르카가 엄청 더운데 에어컨도 빵빵하고 근처에 충분한 식당과 술집도 많고 시내나 성까지 걸어다녀도 나쁘지 않을 위치! 위치가 정말 최고인거같습니다. 주차장도 있어서 차량을 가져가도 문제 없습니다. 너무 만족스러웠습니다.

Very good hotel in great location.

Having both breakfast and dinner included was a nice feature. Although the dinner menu is very limited. Overall, the place was clean, but it’s in need of updating. The location is ideal for walking to the old part of the city. The property had tremendous views of the marina and the cathedral. There was a problem with sewer gas smell in the room. All of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

Good location. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

Advertised as air conditioned but on arrival with 25+degree temperatures we were told no air conditioning as still winter setting. No fans available. This required sleeping with balcony door open and subjected to street noise. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Were told only provided for premium rooms. After much argument a kettle & cups were provided.

Das gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer mit Hafen bzw. Meerblick Standard für 1 Person habe ich nicht erhalten es gab nur ein Zimmer das von m Balkon aus den Meerblick seitlich hatte. Kaffe nicht besonders gut übliches Frühstücksbüffet mit gewässerten Säften wenig Obstauswahl, nichts besonderes.

Wir haben 1 Woche in diesen Hotel verbracht und waren zufrieden. Unsere Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Minibar war gut bestückt, Kaffee Maschine immer genug Kaffee Kapseln und Milch vorhanden. Sehr bequemer Bett. Tägliche Reinigung. Große Balkon und ein super Ausblick auf‘s Hafen und Kathedrale. Frühstück war Mega. Pool ist vorhanden- leider nicht offen in Februar. Auf die Beschreibung für‘s Hotel, gibt es Fahrräder zu vermieten. Das stimmt nicht. Allerdings nebenan ist ein Fahrrad Verleih. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Restaurants- allerdings hinter das Hotel sind viel mehr. Wir haben Kneipen und Restaurants viel zu spät gefunden- also Treppe hoch und dann nach rechts halten! Die Zimmer sind ein wenig ‚kahl‘ In das ganze Hotel ist nur Weiß zu sehen. Wer weiß mag- ist okay. Ist aber Geschmacksache. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind nicht wirklich zuvorkommend. Sie geben Information aber nur auf Anfrage.

Gute Lage und sauenr, aber das Hotel ist gefühlt in der Zeit stehen geblieben: Ausstattung und Design wie in 90er, stark abgenutzte Möbel, altes Fernseher, verkalkte Armaturen im Bad. Das Ein- und Aussteigen in die Dusche/Wanne ist eine akrobatische Attraktion. 150+ Euro/Nacht, ohne Frühstück und ausserhalb des Saisons, ist definitiv nicht Wert!

This hotel was real quality. Even though it is a big hotel we heard no noise from other guests. The food was excellent and the location beautiful overlooking the marina. There was some road noise but as I live on a busy road in the UK it did not bother me. Overall I would like to come back again next year and would recommend it to friends
