너무 편안한 호텔이었습니다

호텔의 위치가 지도를 보고 찾아가도 약간 애매한 곳에 있어서 고생을 했습니다. 전체적으로 가격대비 만족스런 호텔이었습니다.

정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 이탈리아에서의 12일 간의 여행 중 가장 좋은 호텔이었던 것 같습니다. 다시 카프리를 찾을 일이 있다면 이 호텔에 묵을 생각입니다.

위치나 청결도 모두 좋습니다. 다만 2명의 리셉션 직원 중 유독 한사람의 응대가 매우 불친절하여 기분이 좋지 않았습니다

당초 예약 룸이 내부쪽 이었으나 바다전망 방으로 바꾸어주시는 배려에 감사합니다. 카프리는 휴양지 섬이라 호텔 숙박비도 비싸지만 호텔이 오래되어 다른 지역보다는 못하다는 느낌이 듭니다. 아침 식사는 좋았으며 전망도 괜찮았는데 호텔이 오랜되어 에어컨은 거의 30년 된것같고 욕실의 샤워부스, 좌변기 물내림등 시설은 별로 였습니다. 또 수영장은 어른들도 힘든 깊이 3m정도여서 큰 즐거움은 없네요.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, good location

Every time I go to Capri- this is the hotel I stay at. Wonderful view. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. The bed is very comfortable. Great value for the money!

Great property. Big room with comfortable bed and AC. Views from the restaurant and rooms are very beautiful.Staff is top-notch and friendly. Breakfast is great- comes with pastries, fresh squeezed oj, yogurt, granola etc AND a huge selection of hot meals. Pretty close to the action.

We are second-time guests because of the standard, the location, the value and the comfort. We hope to be third-time guests as soon as possible.

The room was horrible. The shower was leaking so we had a big puddle of water on the floor. The sliding door didn’t slide. The customer service was amazing! Eugenia (She’s Argentinian) was so nice! She helped us with our transportation and anything we needed! She was a blessing!

Nuestra estadía en Hotel La Floridiana fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos, con un servicio excelente y siempre atentos a cada detalle. Queremos destacar especialmente el hermoso gesto que tuvieron con nosotros por nuestra luna de miel, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más especial e inolvidable. Sin duda, es un lugar súper recomendable. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Beautiful hotel with superb hosts. Our receptionist was an absolute delight, very friendly and super helpful. Just a shame that we missed out on the centre of Caprì being fully open for the start of the Easter holidays. We had to cut our stay short due to ferry travel disruptions which would have had an impact on our onward travel, however the time we had on the island was really enjoyable. Highlights were the views from Villa Jovis and the Gardens of Augustus. Restaurant Panorama was fantastic.

Early season, and it showed. The hotel staff did their best, but the room wasn't stocked or kept up well, no pool to use, limited options around and at the restaurant. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Beautiful gem of a hotel with amazing views. When I arrived I was welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. They greeted me with a lemoncello cocktail and some snacks. I was upgraded too. It was off season but I was treated like a king. Would definitely recommend
