리셉션 데스크직원 친절도 5(파리호텔 경험중 최고) 호텔시설 4.5 조식 1(식당이 워낙 작아서 미리 예약해야함, 전날 먹을 메뉴체크리스트 제출해야함, 다음날 식사이간에 손님 몰리면 테이블정리 저대로 안돼고 저랄 미리 제출한 메뉴도 배먹고 안줘서 다시 얘기해야함. 호텔 위치 3.5. 오페라와 비교적 가까워도보이용가능하나 호텔 100 m전부터는 도로사장이 좋지않아 케리어이동이 매우 불편함.

체크인시 늦어진 부분에 대해서 낮은층을 배정 받은것과 방이 다소 좁은 부분 빼고는 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다.

포근하고 위치도 좋았어요~

I am staying in the hotel now and the guestroom is clean/simple and modern desgined and enough room for 1 or 2 pax. The staff is friendly and response very quick. If i have another business trip next time, i would like to stay again.

Everything was especially good except for the fact that there was no refrigerator in my room. Anyway all staffs were so nice that I didn’t feel any inconvenience during my stay. Thanks to all. :)

The hotel staff is what makes this hotel. They were very pleasant and welcoming from the beginning. They asked us questions about our planned activities and when we let them know we were doing a walking tour in the crazy heat they made sure we were supplied with refreshing canned spray to help stay cool. Breakfast is fresh and amazing. I didn’t plan on having it there but it turned out to be worth it. Great location for the metros. There are restaurants nearby and a franprix a few doors down. This is near the Opera area (A9). We were a party of 3 and was happy they had a triple bed room. They had a bottle of water inside and refillable station downstairs. 20/10 would highly recommend.

マネージャーのナタリアがとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。 部屋はコンパクトに、必要なものが置いてありました。 　ただ気になったのは、私の部屋のセキュリティボックスが持ち運びできるようになっていたこたとドアの覗き穴がなかったことです。 　場所は、オペラ座やラファイエットにも近く便利でした。空港送迎も連携した送迎会社があり､問題なく利用できました。朝食も無料でコンチネンタルスタイルで楽しめました。

Staff were so kind and welcoming at all times of day, which as a solo traveler, put me at ease. They upgraded me to a larger room and provided a complimentary Evian misting canister to help beat the heat wave. A very positive experience overall. I usually stay in the 2nd but chose to be a little more central this time and the location was so ideal. I’d definitely come back due to the ease of metro access, and proximity to Saint Honore/Ritz/Coste/Louvre/Printemps. Great neighbourhood.

Accueil formidable, très chaleureux et efficace. Chambre bien agencée, très propre et très calme. Salle de petit déjeuner très lumineuse et petit déjeuner servi à table très bon.

All the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the metro stations which were Madeleine and Opera.

All the staff were fantastic, room was great and location is right next to great restaurants and transit.

We booked Hotel Basile for its central location within Paris - just a few blocks from Palais Garnier and La Madeleine. The hotel itself was fine, no complaints! The room and bathroom were a bit small but since we only stayed for two nights, it was not a big deal and we were able to make do. The front desk staff were really lovely.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and staff were perfect.

Friendly, really clean rooms, super quiet at night, makes for a lovely sleeping experience. Awesome art, sculptures and designs around the hotel. Would def recommend.

The hotel staff was very kind.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Paris for the Olympics. Couldn’t fault anything and would more than happily stay here again the next time I visit Paris. Highly recommend.
