Enjoyed the atmosphere. Walks by the water. Quiet and relaxing getaway. Also had fun at Waterpark area

Bedrooms need upda

We were in Dubuque on a Monday night. We went to the casino to have dinner and not one of the dining options was open. We then tried to find dining outside of the casino and the whole town appeared to be closed down after 6:00.

The room was a little dated for the price.

The hotel was technically clean but needs work. The rooms need updating. The water park needs work. There is a lot of rust on the metal fixtures in the water park. The towels in the water park are nothing more than very thin hand towels.

The front desk staff was awesome!!! Jason was such a great employer and was so personable and made us feel special!! Even though "Sorry the park is closed" we still had lots to do on-site and enjoyed lunch/beverages at Tony Romas!!!!!made us feel speci

The resort is average as far as cleanliness and rooms go. I appreciate the location convenience, the riverfront path and view, Tony Romas, and the water park when grandkids are with us. Parking is convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
