깨끗하고 친절한 호텔직원이 좋았고 호텔의 전반적인 풍경이 매우 아름다웠다 다만 차가없으면 접근성이 좋지않다

폼페이 근처의 조용한 고급 리조트형 호텔입니다. 호텔안은 폼페이라기 보다는 바닷가 휴양지 분위기가 나네요..Private하고 조용한 분위기 입니다. 조식도 상당히 괜찮고요.. 다만, 가격 대비 해서는 그저 그렇다고 봅니다.

First of all, if you have a car, it is great to stay here. Medusa is located in the middle of nowhere. We stayed La Medusa for two nights, and it was a great stay near Sorrento. The bathroom is clean enough with welcoming Etro amenity. The bed was comfortable and clean. We got the garden view which has the outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast was superb, the staff are nice and they provide freshly squeezed juices, cappuchino and coffee. Oh, and the view from the breakfast restaurant is great as well. I felt like it was rather a resort than a hotel. Only thing I did not like is they don't provide complimentary water. Except this, everything was great enough.

Clean room, helpful staff but very limited range of food in breakfast and dinner plus the main meals were tasteless. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel.

Excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again. The staff, hands down, from check in to check out was incredible. The most hospitable group of humans. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The front desk staff, the pool man, wait staff, the spa ladies, the grounds keeper, literally everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. The spa experience and massages were amazing! The place is beautiful with excellent views and grounds… so amazing! Do not hesitate to book this place!!!

Beautiful hotel with immaculate garden and a fabulous pool. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! Perhaps the only negative is that it is somewhat removed from the waterfront area where all the shops and restaurants are but that's what makes it peaceful. The onsite restaurant is excellent but the portions were modest and rather expensive. It is truly a tranquil retreat.

I would rate this hotel 10 stars! Everything and everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Amazing property up in the hills of Castellammare di Stabia. Rooms, staff, and dining were wonderful.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Pool sauber aber nicht beheizt. Das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Die einzige Kritik betrifft das Frühstück: die Auswahl ist wunderbar, allerdings gibt es einige Speisen, wenn sie aus sind, nur auf Bestellung beim Personal.

An absolutely stunning property with incredibly helpful staff. The only thing I would warn about is the distance from Sorrento (where I had booked our Viator tours out of.) I didn’t notice that detail when I booked through Hotels.com. It required a 20 euro ride to the train station and then a half hour ride on Trenitalia or Circumvesuviana. Then do the same upon return.

One of the most, if not the most, charming hotels we have stayed at.

We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

There is not enough time nor space to tell how wonderful this Hotel and it's staff have been! Pictures do not do it justice as the Hotel and grounds are beyond magnificent. Every team members worked hard to anticipate our needs and succeeded in every instance. If you are looking for an experience that harkens back to the days when service was king...this is the place to stay!
