위치, 안전도 훌륭하고, 방도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조식은 보통입니다. 주변에 슈퍼도 있고 식당들도 많아 편리합니다.

Amazing hotel, great location, the staff was amazing! This was the best hotel I've stayed at in San Jose hands down. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was great, and the property was so beautiful and well maintained. Rooftop bar and restaurant was also incredible

Loved the location, cleanliness and vibes. Everything was impeccable. We lived the breakfast, and the roof top bar ended up having our favorite food of the whole trip.

Only stayed one night and the place was great.

Me gustó mucho y a mi familia, había muy buen servicio , el personal muy amable y estaba todo impecable, el desayuno estaba delicioso, había mucha variedad, el típico y frutas y panes para los que tienen niños picky, nos fue muy bien. Lo recomiendo 100%, está muy cerca de los principales monumentos de San José. Nos recibieron muy bien .

Um hotel que aproveitou e modernizou um edifício histórico de forma espetacular. Quarto silencioso, espaçoso e com camas enormes. Café da manhã bom. Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa e simpática. Muito bem localizado. Visitamos todos os pontos turísticos a pé.

The front desk agent seemed more irritated than welcoming. The room was like a DIY version instead of quality expected in the photos. There was barely any hot water in the shower and when we did there was barely water pressure. There was no real balcony, just a door with 1ft ledge step. We paid for a suite and it was no better than hostiles I have stayed in. No snacks or beverages to select in room. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection, but we only got to use it 1 day because our tours left before it was available. Also, probably my biggest complaint was that the fancy brand bottled water in the room was obviously opened and found out from a staff member it was tap water. Pretty sure that isn't legal and unsanitary. Not worth the price. I do not reccomend. Better options nearby.

Everyone here was so kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast offered was bountiful and delicious, Dinner at the restaurant was superb, tasty drinks and the best ceviche ive ever had in my life. Lovely service, beautiful view of sunset from the roof top patio. The room was very comfortable and had a good view. The hotels esthetic is so cool, its a whole beautiful vibe. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. 10/10, would definitely reccomend it

I paid for 2 rooms, but the front desk worker kept looking at the other couple that I was with for confirmation. I had to let him know that I booked the rooms and was paying for the rooms. Felt disrespected and will definitely stay in a newer hotel when I am back in Costa Rica. Location is also in a very sketchy part of town.

Helpful staff, good location, clean room

The room was quiet. The water was nice and hot. The AC worked excellently. The breakfast was very good. If ever again th downtown San Jose I will stay there again.

Asked for mineral water & coffee in my room, but was refused.

The location of this hotel is amazing in San Jose right by the market Central, but the rooms are very basic and lack any amenities outside of towels. If you are looking for a quick stop to be close to the market then this is OK.

It was wonderful all around, the friendly staff made the beautiful hotel even better!
