Fin beliggenhet ved Gamlebyen. Hyggelig uteområde. Vi hadde suite. Denne var utdatert. Ekstrasengen var enkel og kort, og passer nok kun til barn med lav vekt. Hotellet tett beliggende på trafikk, en del støy på morgenen. Ingen lydisolering. Kloakklukt på bad. Frokost helt ok.

Synes det er forkert at man skulle betale hele 15 EUR pr person for pool adgang, det var ikke tydeligt ved bestillingen og det var netop valgt pga poolen. Hotel super placering

Really lovely hotel, great location. We were only there one night so would have loved to have stayed longer and made use of the pool and restaurant. If we return we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent location and nice facade. Yet, it's not a four stars hotel. I was given a room in the third floor, without elevator!!! I was notified about that in advance, and the staff helped me with the luggage, but it was hard to climb up two floors at least three times a day. There was no water in the room, no slippers, etc.

I recently stayed at the Mabre Residence Hotel in Vilnius for two nights, and my experience was very disappointing. Despite booking a room with two beds over a month in advance, we arrived to find a queen-size bed and a small camping bed. My 15-year-old son, who is 6’1”, had to sleep on the floor as he could not share a bed with me. Additionally, we were informed that breakfast cost 15 euros per person, but we were overcharged. When I asked for a receipt, the receptionist promised to send it via email, but I never received it, even after following up through Expedia. While the room was clean, the overall service fell far below the expectations of a four-star hotel. The receptionist’s dismissive attitude and lack of support were particularly disappointing. Although the cleaner offered to clean the room after our first day, we declined as it wouldn't change the low comfort of our stay. I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service for future guests.

It has a lovely courtyard and place to relax. Rooms are quaint.

Se si considerano i 15 € della colazione e i 15€ di parcheggio meglio andare in un 5 stelle. Hanno spa a pagamento (15 €) dalle 8 alle 18.. solo per gente in vacanza :-)

Una experiencia muy negativa, lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el patio delante del edificio. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor, la habitación desde luego no parecía de hotel de 4 estrellas, un hostal seguro que estaria mejor. La habitación con un olor desagradable y falta de limpieza . Lo único que se salva es la posición respecto a la zona centro.

Great location and staff is frienly

Goed hotel in een oud klooster. Mooi binnenterrein met mooi terras uit het zich van het langskomend verkeer. Hotel ligt in het hart van het oude centrum tegen de zijrivier. Kamer was prima en de bedden ook.

Ok stay , not perfect.

Mabre residents Hotel är verkligen att rekommendera. Särskilt om man har barn med sig. Var lite trist att uppgifter angående frukosten var motstridiga på olika hemsidor. I en del stog det att frukosten ingick i priset vilket visade sig vara fel. Så var noga med att förvissa er om det. Frukost kostar 15 eur/frukost. Transfer behöver ni inte oroa er för. Det tar 10 min för taxin att hämta er och det kostar 10 euro. Använd Uber appen, funkar bäst.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein netttea Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Durch die Lage is es sehr ruhig.
