이번에 동부에 20박정도의 여행을 다녀왔습니다 호텔을 5종류정도 머물렀는대. ....그중 최악입니다. 마루바닥, 벽, 배수관 ......정말 생명이 있다고해도 의심치 않을 정도로 시끄러웠습니다. 가격도 비싼편이고, 무엇하나 마음에 들지 않습니다. 다신 머물고 싶지 않습니다.

Hyannis Harbor was a very nice property and quite large. The lobby area is welcoming and warm, our room was comfortable, and the dining next door was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and enough reason for me to go back if I am ever in the area again.

This property was perfect for our fall weekend visit. We're looking forward to staying during the summer when the Bluewater Grill is open!

Very clean. Great location. Walkable to many great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with a $38 per day amenity fee. We were on the 4th (top) floor and the elevator broke our 1st day there and was still broken when we left.

Only thing we didn't like is a parking spot. Parking spots are narrow and dangerous to park when next 2 spots are occupied.

Ice machine broke for 2 days

We had a very good stay. This was our second time at the hotel. I will book again.

We were charged extra fir resort fees that we were not aware of. Service was not very good either.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Unfortunately we had a ground level room by the pool in Oct and a large group of parents and kids were in for a soccer or hockey tourney. The room above was just like a herd of elephants upstairs and the kids ran all night and in early morning. Would have asked for a room in the back had I known.

Super-friendly hotel, v clean & comfy room (great beds). Restaurant full of kind and efficient staff. I’m coming back.

Very impressed by the property.Across the Hyline ferry terminal so convenient to catch the ferry the next day or a place to stay if you are coming in on a late boat Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
