기차 박물관, 유명 아이스크림 가게, 그리고 호텔 주변에 인도네시아 음식점이 많아 위치가 정말 좋습니다.

가격대비 만족도가 높고, 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

태풍과 타이난행 기차가 없어서 우연히 여기 왔어요. 하지만 좋은 경험이었어요. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 됐어요. 체크인 시간 전에 도착했는데, 추가 요금 없이 방에 들어갈 수 있게 해줬어요.

호텔은 전략적이고 깨끗합니다. 아주 좋은 서비스. Toayuan에 가면 항상 여기에 머물러보십시오.

Stayed there before covid and the rooms were pretty. Staff were friendly. They helped us to booked a taxi and checked for nearest clinic when my child was sick upon checking-in. Everything was settled within an hour. Thank you to the kind staff for their help. It wld b good if they can have some bottle of mineral spared in their front desk so that in case of emergency, they can provide it to the guests.

This hotel is just comfortable, situated within the perimeter of Taoyuan Airport, it is great for layover base and offers plenty of amenities for tiring souls after a flight.

They allowed us to check-in earlier than the published check-in time. Great service. Helpful staff.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and attended to all our needs during the stay. The beds were lovely, just that pillows were way too soft. Thank you for the hospitality we received.

Amazing, big room, excellent service, tasty food

Our 4 days stay at Hotel Kuva Chateau was a very nice experience. Before booking, I read all reviews from other travelers ans all are positive and true. Hotel Kuva is indeed a few blocks away from the MRT terminal station or get taxi / cab easily for transportation, its near the Zhongli Night Market and restaurants are easy to find. The hotel is really convenient for travelers. the rooms are very pleasant, clean and large. rooms were even upgraded and we got good view of the city. The staff and personnel are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned and amenities were replaced on a regular daily basis. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Kuva Chateau and book when we visit Taiwan again. Kudos to the staff and management of Hotel Kuva Chateau!!

It’s not far from TaoYuan Airport. The service was good, the receptionist was very helpful. I booked a wrong type of bed, but the receptionist helped me to change and gave me bigger room. Overall it was all pleasant experience to stay at this hotel.

Menyenangkan menginap di kuva chateau, tgl 1-3 sept saya book family room, di upgrade kamar, perbedaan di kamar mandi, ada privat jacuzzi dan view taman kota, kamar berhadapan dengan gym, kami kembali menginap di hotel kuva 8 seperti Sayang tidak di upgrade lagi kamarnya, overall kami pasti akan kembali menginap di hotel kuva.

Hotel was very nice, it's 5 star hotel located not so far from Taoyuan. Their service also nice. The room was big enough for 1 small family, they offered free movies as entertainment to the guest. I would like to come back to this hotel in the near future.. thanks

Had the best time at Hotel Kuva. The staff are friendly. The night market is a plus. Few minutes away from the Airport train.

Perfect. Satisfactory.will return again.
