This was a lovely hotel, the location is good and the facilities and decoration are lovely as well, very much fit the tone of the Quebec city overall. But the services was super "amazed" me that did not match the quality of this hotel. I booked three night in the hotel, and I was assigned a room that close to the room that under the construction, and the roof of my room was under the construction as well. The noise was loud and woke me up at arround 7:10am.

Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Room and hotel was clean and great ambiance. For what we paid (1500+ for two nights), we were disappointed. It was a small room, low ceilings, no view, no balcony. We didn’t receive turn down service first night, even though we told the person we were leaving in 5 minutes. She just handed us two chocolates. No bike rentals, no pool, no hottub, restaurant was closed for both days, breakfast was not included and cost an extra $45/pp. We don’t mind paying for luxury but this was missing a lot for the cost.

Great location for exploring old town. Very clean and modern. The bar at the hotel is great as was the bar staff. Loved the old fashioneds. The concierge helped us with some ideas for walks to take and also helped with biking to Montmorency Falls. Nice sized gym that was never too crowded.
