We liked the amenities upon arrival and that we could walk to all of the places we wanted to see. The staff (housekeeper, front desk and bellman) were also great.

Gorgeous place and close to everything. I really enjoyed the little extras- strawberries, cookies, chocolates. Staff were also very friendly.

Our room was very nice and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and quiet and it had little touches that made it special. We were welcomed to our room at check in with fresh strawberries and cakes - both absolutely delicious. Each day we had room service and an evening turndown with chocolates and a large water bottle to enjoy. The bathroom had a black ‘cosmetics’ cloth to clean my face to not dirty up the white one, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast brunch at Coteau was second to none; an absolutely fabulous selection with everything fresh and locally grown/sourced. We very happily ate there 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Service was wonderful - the bar staff at Artefact were friendly and accommodating, willing to make any drink we requested and fun to sit and chat with. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and polite. The gym was fully equipped with everything we needed - free weights, benches, a cable machine, various cardio equipment, kettlebells, step boxes, TRX bands, battle ropes, bosu/yoga balls, and cushioned mats. The sauna was also a special treat after days of sightseeing. I was often the only person in the entire spa area, which made it feel like my personal space. The lobby has flavoured water, fresh coffee, and apples each morning and throughout the day. Its location is so fantastic to navigate the city’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and shopping within a 10 minute walk radius. We will definitely be back!

Close to all the shopping downtown and cruise ship docks - outstanding breakfast and dinner- clean rooms

Loved the museum pieces in common areas and use of antiques in my suite as well. Close to Lower Old Quebec sites and shops. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.The concierge services were very good. The dining both formal and in bar was gourmet.

Quaint hotel with great ambiance and wonderful staff

Beautiful place to stay! Right in the heart of old Quebec. Every little detail from the museum artifacts to the little bag of cookies that they give you with your departure makes this place a five star and above.

Concierge Genevieve was so helpful and courteous. Food at Artifact was delicious and breakfast - Wow, the croissants made me feel like I was in France!

Nice atmosphere

This is a fantastic property. Has the feel Of a boutique hotel with large rooms.

Quiet, serene hotel that's away from the masses around the Fontenac but convenient to charming shops and restaurants. The hotel bellman are superb, as was the concierge when she was there, which wasn't at all on our first day. Check-in was held until nearly 4 p.m. even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked, and we had arrived on a red-eye. So I was not happy about that. Still, I would definitely stay again. The restaurant for breakfast was great; bar was just so-so. Vibe overall was welcoming and comfortable.

Great hotel in the lower town away from the hustle and bustle. Staff is superb and we will definitely stay here again if we return for another visit to Quebec. Maybe carnival?

25th Anniversary Celebration trip with my wife. This hotel was lovely. Charming, friendly, everything walkable. Highly recommend. Would stay there every time visiting Quebec.
