위치가 좋았어요~~

약간 안쪽의 숙소였지만 근처 분위기나 스탭들의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 베니스비엔날레에 참석하실 분들이라면 완전 강추드려요!!

바포레토 정류장에서 조금 걸어야 하긴 하지만 찾기 쉬운 위치에 있음. 고풍스러운 디자인의 침구. 화장실이 너무 작고 비좁아 불편함이 있음. 방음도 잘 안되는 편. 스탶들은 매우 친절함!

호텔 위치도 괜찮았고 리셉션 직원분들도 친절하시고 조식도 맛있고 다~~ 좋았는데 샤워부스가 너무 좁아요ㅠㅠ 그것빼곤 좋앗어요

Pros: - the location is super ideal - the ac was cold enough - the shower was hot enough - the beds were comfortable enough Cons: - there was a mixup with our reservations but was addressed and upgraded the same day due to the mixup on the hotel employee’s end. - somehow there was already a mosquito in my room when I arrived and I got multiple bites due to this in the course of the night while I was sleeping.

隠れ家みたいなホテルで、奥には専用の船着き場も！ お部屋も広くスーツケース2つ開けるサイズ。 そして日本人には大事な「バスタブ付き」！ スタッフも親切で、チェックアウトの際に「ストあるから気を付けてね～」ってなんてなしに言われて完全にパニックな我々に、徒歩などを紹介してくれてましたが、どう頑張っても歩ける距離＆時間ではなく、水上タクシーを呼んでもらえました。7時だったので、すぐ捕まる時間帯だったのが本当に幸いです。

The room was clean, beautiful and quiet. The temp was perfect for sleeping and has an individual ac/split system unit. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. We liked the neighborhood - less touristy, not so crowded.

Quarto lindo e aconchegante com uma bela vista da laguna. Excelente opção, especialmente em dias úteis que fica mais em conta.

The property was in a perfectly located for us! It was a short walk from the Arsenale vaporetto stop and only a bit further to Piazza San Marco. Located away from the crowds, we were able to enjoy great restaurants and the fantastic views of the water easily. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. There were no outlets near the bed, and as I sleep with a cpap, the staff were very accommodating when we asked to borrow an extension cord. Only downside was that the shower in our room was very small and the toilet was literally right up against the wall. However, we would definitely stay there again!

Great hospitality - especially Simon at the front desk!

The location was great. Close to St Marks Square but far enough away to be further from the crowds. The hotel worker Elena was very helpful in providing information on how to get to and from the hotel. In addition we bought a bottle of wine to share with friends and she set up an ice bucket and glasses for us.

It was great experience, staff was very friendly. Hotel room was nice specially bathroom was quite good with all toiletries. Mattress was comfortable. I requested electric kettle and hotel arranged. I am quite happy with hotel room and staff.

Hotel super bem localizado, limpo, o café da manhã também estava muito bom e os funcionários são super atenciosos. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Hotel excelente próximo a Piazza St Marco. O único ponto foi cortina de plástico no banheiro.
