그런대로 만족

신식 건물의 숙소와 비교하면 많이 노후됐고 좁고 불편함. 하지만 로마 임을 감안하면 괜찮은 편이라 생각합니다. 조식은 매우만족

테르미니역에서 너무 멀어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 첫날 테르미니역에서 5분거리에 숙박하다 피렌체 다녀와서 엑세로 예약했는데 너무 멀었어요..... 하지만 짐 없이 가면 수월한데 캐리어 끌고가려니 그랬던듯해요 ㅎㅎ 직원들도 친절했어요!! 물어보는거에대한 원하는 대답도 다 들었구요!! 근데 일주일동안 이용했던 다른 숙소들보다 방이 많이 작더라구요ㅠㅠㅠ 침대랑 이불도 불편..... 그래서 정말 최대한 짐도 안피고 화장실에서 화장하며 이틀을 지냈어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 저는 빡세게 돌아다니고 잠만 자러 들어갔기에 별다른 불편함은 없었지만 방이 정말 작아요!! ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 바로앞에 마트도 있어서 좋았구 나름 도심가라 밤늦게까지 사람과 차가 다녀 환한편이에요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

4성 호텔치고는 시설은 아쉬움이 남습니다. 조식은 무척 마음에 듭니다.

저렴한 가격에 넓은 방에 머물수 있었는데, 객실에서 하수구 냄새가 자주 났고 베개에서도 냄새가 났는데, 직원들이 밝고 친절해서 잊을 수 있었습니다. 그밖에 분위기는 오래된 분위기지만 깔끔했고, 떼르미니역에서 가까운 위치는 좋았습니다.

We stayed in one of the suites for a birthday weekend in Rome. The room was spacious and the terrace was a great bonus space. A little dated and the A/C didn't work very well. The bed was very firm, but we didn't mind. Overall we had a great stay as the location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the Rome attractions we wanted to see and a supermarket across the street for everything we needed. I would recommend getting coffee and breakfast at Dovalu Restaurant across the street. Clean hotel and convenient was exactly what we needed!

Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

The location of the hotel is in a pretty good spot within the city, not overwhelmingly far from any of the well-known attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, however, and the ACs are horrible. With Rome’s heat and humidity, the room felt warm and humid all the time. Sometimes it felt better to be outside than in the room. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would say the hotel deserves 3 stars. The hotel itself is very condensed, but there are some nice aspects to it. Not bad experience but I expected better considering what we paid for. After all I am from the US where I’m used to top-quality hotels and service, so I don’t know what’s actually top notch in Rome, but this hotel is pretty decent at best. No major complaints other than the AC situation though.
