This is my first time to stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really good and the room condition was very nice. It's close to the historic center so you can walk to Zocalo by walk within few minutes. I will stay again here for my next business trip.

Great location. Nice room and restroom. Was woken up one night at 11:30 by some staff were spraying something with a very loud machine. Hotel was pretty empty when we were there but could see if being noisy if they were busy.

La habitación se veia vieja y un poco sucia El aire acondicionado no servía, el control de la tele tampoco, marqué a recepción por ayuda y me ignoraron, mandé WhatsApp a recepción y me ignoraron... no había agua caliente.. definitivamente estoy arrepentido de haber ido, las imágenes de la página mostraban algo totalmente diferente... pésimo servicio, pésima experiencia..

La ubicacion es excelente y el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, en mi experiencia la habitacion no fue como esperaba basada en las fotos. Me toco la que esta en la entrada (Maria Antonieta) y todo el tiempo escuchas los ruidos del jardin y pasillo. Si lo que buscas es descansar, si afecta la experiencia porque no lo consigues del todo.

Servicio no fue bueno Alimentos no frescos

La tina del cuarto estaba sucia y le hacía falta mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado no fue la excepción hacía demasiado ruido y la única solución que nos dieron fue un no pongan el aire

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the bar but instead had to have it in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with very good access to the local sights.

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Fui un par de días y me encantó el lugar, la decoración, el lugar. Mi cuarto Frida fue hermoso. No desayuné en el hotel pero si comí en el restaurant, todo muy rico. El personal muy amable, muy atentos todos en todo momento. El internet no es muy estable, para descansar varios días es perfecto ;) Volvería sin duda alguna, super bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra de Catedral y de la plaza.

El personal 10/10 la atención desde la llegada y en todo momento fue muy amable y atenta.
