Clean room and great staff

It was the best looking room i have stayed in for years, the only negative awas.the small tub.

The ocean was visible from my room.

We booked a 1 bedroom king suite, with ocean view and jetted tub. The room did not disappoint - it was huge, very clean and the views could not have been better, Although the weather didn't co-operate, the large balcony was well equipped and would have been a very enjoyable place to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The staff were fantastic, the property was beautiful, and everything about the stay was wonderful. We stayed for the weekend and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Was a very pleasant stay !

The room was in good condition. Weird how each room shared an entrance and was divided into A & B. But it was okay.

The hotel is currently under construction/ which is understandable and happens from time to time. However what is not understandable is there that there was terrible communication about this, and little or no signage giving directions where to go.

Yes, the ocean view was nice. Everything was good.

The hotel is under renovations...which was not mentioned...yet still charging for "secured parking" which wasn't...gate was open the entire time. Room was clean and comfortable but very loud next to the train tracks. Really disappointing stay.

My total bill was 327 on expedia but i have to pay 100$ extra for parking only.

It was not a restful stay to say the least. Unfortunately the doors to the rooms are heavy and incredibly loud and slam shut. There was a large group staying in the hotel at the time I was there and coming in late and leaving early in the morning. There is also only 1 elevator and construction blocking the stairs making them inaccessible. So there were ridiculously long waits for the elevator. No signage at time of booking that the hotel is under massive Reno’s. I’ve stayed here before and this was so disappointing and took away from me mini stay cation for a selfcare recharge night in a hotel.

The room was amazing but it would have been nice to know that the lobby and hotel was under construction. Maybe a discount?

Room is very clean and spacious. Building is under renovation but not noisy. Front desk staff is very friendly. Cafe foods are good as well.
