나이아가라폭포가 보인다는 건 장점이지만, 나머지 서비스(시설, 위생, 직원 응대, 식사, 주차)의 품질에 비해 가격이 과도합니다.

Great stay

A wonderful surprise. I booked this hotel based on customer feedback and the proximity to my workplace. The place was amazing for a small hotel. The room was cozy and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Breakfast is better than those offered by some more famous brands. The only negative part is the lack of an elevator (it's a two-storey hotel). Could be difficult for older adults or those with several bags and/or kids. Other than that, an amazing place to stay.

Everything was terrific, from our room, to the staff, to the breakfasts, to the general feel of the whole place. Very very enjoyable stay.

The king business room had a couch, large desk & renovated washroom. I cannot imagine why hotels refuse to install shower wands but the shower was otherwise very good. The hand soap, hand lotion, conditioner & combo (?!?) hair/body wash were in large squeezable bottles that confused us at first. A couple of tiny housekeeping details caught our eye (a rubber band under the couch, a hair in the corner of the washroom sink) but otherwise, the room was very clean. The bed & pillows were amazing, the sheets were a dream. A 'menu' on the desk listed the charges if things were taken & $30 for these sheets was very tempting. If they sold new sets, I would definitely buy them. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite & welcoming. Breakfast was 8/10 (with most hotels being 6/10 on a great day). Today : scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes. Yesterday : eggs, brown beans, sausage. All plus DIY waffles, exceptional bagels (peanut butter, cream cheese, butter & jam spreads), chocolate croissants, muffins & the usual cereals. I didn't notice yoghurt or fruit but I wasn't looking for these. The machine coffee had 3 roast levels & decaf), hot chocolate & fountain drinks with juice options. We almost always travel with our dog so were disappointed to discover that Stay Inn does not allow pets so it's unlikely that we'll be back but for the price and location, Stay Inn was excellent value. I recommend it and give it 9/10.

La chambre était parfaite, J ai adoré la facilité de nous rendre au centre ville ou au CN tower. Prendre le bus 123D ou 15 pour se rendre au métro, en 45 minutes on était rendu. Le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel est délicieux. Le personnel est gentil. Et le stationnement sur place, un gros plus!! Je serais définitivement de retour à mon prochain passage à Toronto! Merci !!!

Everything was great. My first choice when working or visiting Torontos west side.

Everything was great. The only thing that might bother some people is the lack of amenities. Not required by us on this visit. There's limited seating at breakfast, but generally if guests don't overdue their breakfast time, then it's fine. Will book again in future.

Overall was good experience

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! The price was great too but my room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle.

Cleanliness, updated, comfy bed, great breakfast and free parking.

My favorite when in that part of town. I feel very comfortable there. I get a great sleep.
