나이아가라폭포가 보인다는 건 장점이지만, 나머지 서비스(시설, 위생, 직원 응대, 식사, 주차)의 품질에 비해 가격이 과도합니다.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were very nice, clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast. Only complaint was lack of vending.

For the price, this was better than I thought! I'll come right out and say this, the only thing we really disliked was the paper thin walls in between rooms. We could hear our neighbour doing some "wild things", which would have been highly inappropriate if we had brought our kids. Luckily, it was only me and my husband. And another thing is the inn didn't have any amenities (no pool, no gym, nothing to do really). However, the pros do outweigh the cons in my opinion. The entire place was spotless, very nice lobby and our room had everything we needed. I loved the soap, lotion, shampoo that was stocked - they smelled AMAZING!! The bed was comfy, loved the down blanket. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Last, but not least, breakfast time was great! Dining room was a bit small and cramped, especially if a lot of people come at the same time. However, we really enjoyed the buffet, all-you-can-eat breakfast: scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, beans, waffles, muffins/pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juices, and of course, a coffee machine. A staff was readily available throughout breakfast to clean up and restock. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff. Nice hot breakfast is included. Love the fact there a couple of smiling Buddha statues about the place.

The room was clean and comfortable! Free wifi is nice. (I've been there twice now) The only thing I'd like to see is more carpet or floor mats by the bedsides and the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful (even when I showed up at 11pm looking for a booking)

The place has obviously been redone not long ago. All tastefully appointed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Decent buffet breakfast included.

Very clean and heat each unit has its own ac heat unit they are a little noisier than a regular heating system but work well just fan noise

The hotel was lovely, nice room. The problem which was beyond their control was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was no fire, but we sat in the lobby, until they could get it turned off. There was no apology from the staff or hotel for the inconvenience. Needless to say not a good night sleep afterwards, since concerned about being woken up again by the smoke alarm
