It was a great stay. The staff was really nice.

Royal level family is small and has a lovely setting looking out over the sea. Two restaurants within 1mins walk.Lovely pool and nice rooms. The upper floor rooms are accessed via very steep slippery stone steps. No lifts or staff to help with suitcases.

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful . Food choice was not great particularily at dinner where main course wasn't too exciting. Entertainment ok.

The staff were really nice throughout the resort. The various pool areas are well kept and managed. It is a really well run hotel. The problem at least with Suites in the Royal part is that there is really poor soundproofing so don't expect uninterrupted sleep.

Beautiful stay with some inconsistencies.

The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. The cleaning service was very inattentive as I know from the bed making, I came back to find a lump in the middle of the bed, that is because a pillow was there tucked in the bed sheet. The floor had stains and sand, but they did not sweep or clean thought out our stay!

Super freundliches Personal, sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Zu unserer Reisezeit (mitte Dezember) keine Platzprobleme am Pool oder beim Essen. Sehr Familienfreundlich, daher auch ab und zu etwas lauter im Speiseraum oder am Pool. Wen dies Stört, sollte sich im Hotelbereich der nur für Erwachse ist aufhalten. Wir hatten eine Super Woche und nichts zu Meckern. Deutsch wird jedoch nur an der Rezeption teilweise gesprochen.

Excellent hotel with lots of choices to use the faciitlies in the other Barcelo Hotels next door to each other. The food was great, the pools were amazing and the staff were friendly. I would recommend.

Stayed in the Royal Level Family, this is a quiet area with nice pool and pool bar, not too busy could always get seats. Restaurant for breakfast fast and dinner we use the El Ancla which is in the old lighthouse, lovely food and service and cooked to order big prawns one night. Barceló is a huge resort with 3 hotels as such but done really well and it was a pleasure to stay there, we will go back.

Schöne Anlage mit direktem Meerblick (abhängig von der Kategorie) und gepflegter Umgebung. Das Essen (Buffet) war lecker. Wir waren im „Royal Level“ - der Preisplan bezüglich inkludierten Snacks/Drinks war aber nicht immer klar.

Sehr familienfreundlich aber trotz royal Level viele Mengel (Lampe kaputt, Klima Anlage kaputt , Dusch Spender kaputt, Ameisen … personal hat immer versucht alles zu reparieren und war sehr bemüht aber es war durch die vielen Mengel leider eher anstrengend. Frühstück top

Séjour superbe, très bel hôtel bien situé, bon restaurant avec choix très varié (bravo à la cuisinière française Yvonne), parfait pour découvrir Fuerteventura et faire du farniente au soleil

We stayed in Royal level. the food was really excellent with lots of variety. Whilst the main offering was buffet this was backed up with a grill area and chef's who always had a couple of meat and fish specials every night plus a great variety of starters and deserts, etc. Really top class. Service was also very good with little or no real wait time if you wanted a drink or plates cleared. I felt the lounge area in our suite was a bit sparse in terms of furniture (A double sofa plus table and 3 dining chairs) which sounds ok but the rooms are quite large so one is left feeling that you would want just a little bit more for a true top of the range experience which this could be. Having said the above I would still absolutely recommend hotel for both families and couple alike. WE found many positives and came away well satisfied with our stay. Well done to staff who all worked hard and seemed to enjoy being there!
