좋은 위치. 친절함

중형차 였는데 주차장이 좁아 주차에 어려움이 많았어요. 체크인서비스 핀절했고 룸 상태 좋았습니다. 단 커피포트가 없어서 약간 불편했지만요.

깨끗한 시설 및 수압이 높아 샤워하는데 기분이 좋았습니다. 뒷쪽으로 공원이 보이는 방에서 숙박했는데, 다른분의 의견처럼 차량의 소음은 없었습니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 나옵니다. 아침식사는 부페식인데, 빵 및 스크램블 위주의 식단이었습니다. 음식은 짜지 않아 먹기에 좋았습니다. 시내와 바닷가까지 걸어서 15분 정도면 도착합니다. 바닷가쪽에 음식점이 많습니다. 직원은 친절하였으며, 도시세 명목으로 1인당 매일 0.9유로정도를 체크아웃시 계산해야 합니다. 호텔 바로옆에 시외버스터미널 및 공용주차장이 있어서 이용이 편리합니다.

Hotel foi perfeito. Ótima localização e excelentes instalações. Equipe muito prestativa e simpática. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ubicación perfecta para quienes lleguen en autobús desde Camp de Tarragona. A distancia de paseo de cualquier punto de interés y con cafeterías, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Al lado de la rambla. Hotel moderno y muy agradable. Personal amable. Muy bien!

Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación , muy oscura la que nos dieron

Cet hôtel n’est pas au niveau d’un MARIOTT, parking trop petit et complet, pas de piscine, placé dans une zone industrielle fade, personnel pas voir peut arrangeant, heureusement la literie était confortable et la chambre propre pour le reste ça ne vaut pas 4**** et encore moins un 4**** qui se prétend être un mariott

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious and the air conditioning made for a good night’s sleep. I decided to have breakfast at the cafe next door to the hotel. I was also racing a triathlon and the hotel staff were incredibly supportive. The sink trap wasn’t connected which was a bit strange but I just decided to live with the leak. The shower was very good though.

The associate in Check-in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good location and easy to walk to all the main attractions. The hotel has a on-site parking, although the parking space is small but is manageable.

Habitaciones confortables, limpias, magnífico desayuno, gran atención del personal.

Good hotel for private and business trips. Just 2 minutes from the central bus station and 5 from the main street - Rambla Nuevo. Good room with everything you need (although, no music stations on the TV system). The staff members we met were friendly and proficient. Got good restaurant recommendations from the receptionist. Would use this hotel again.

Frukost, service och rum var över belåtenhet i detta centrala läge. Vill rikta ett särskilt beröm till städerskan, en grupp som jag tror sällan uppmärksammas. Hon var både trevlig, smidig och läste våra behov. Till detta hotell återvänder vi gärna.

Helpful staff

The hotel is located perfectly for exploring Tarragona. Parking was an issue - we don't have a big car but this parking is for micro cars only. Staff advised us to check the parking before entering - they gave us info on alternative public parking. We arrived on the weekend so the car park emptier than usual - it was safe and inexpensive but you would take your chances on getting a space. Staff were great and allowed us to unload luggage etc - it was about a 5 minute walk back to the hotel.
