It was a pleasant trip. Recommended for the price.

The hotel was overall great, the staff were polite, and efficient. The room was clean. A good hot tub/swimming pool. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would insist on making sure all guests are made aware of, is how to turn on the shower. The faucet switch from bath to shower was unlike any I had experienced, and having already undressed, a bath seemed my only option.

No reliability with the staff. Tried telling them about our upstairs neighbor but they did nothing.

Clean and neat

Taking a shower, the water had little pressure and would get super hot then cold. We were checked into a room with people in it still. Had to go back down stairs and get another room.

Great hotel

The property was very nice. Just needed a little TLC in small ways. Very quiet I would stay again.

It was okay but there were a number of slight issues.

Very accommodating and helpful when I booked the wrong date through expedia.

Plumbing didn’t work, hot tub was out of order including the ice machine and juice machine in breakfast room. The room we stayed in didn’t smell great and was quite old. Overall, nothing “plus” about this hotel.

The room that we were put in was dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed or dusted in awhile. The a/c did not work properly, it went out at 2 am. The toilet was clogged. We asked to be moved, the staff was nice about it. We changed rooms in the afternoon, the staff member that helped us then was rude about it. I would not recommend!

Towels and pillows could be better

I enjoyed the breakfast having gluten and dairy free options! Staff is friendly and approachable.

Front desk personnel was very courteous. Also dinning room attendant was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Beds were comfortable but the room, pillows and sheets could have smelled better/cleaner. Bathroom was clean and towels were fine.

Great staff, the hotel itself is in a bit of disrepair, but clean. Breakfast was great too.

Easy excess. The commode was to low. Need more handicap convenience.

Need water bottles in rooms

We were so happy with the lady in the dining room she was so nice kept everything clean and filled and was constantly making sure everything was ok her name started with a J but our stay was good the only thing was the heater/ac was so loud kept going on and off all night and they said they would not clean the room on a 2 night stay but they should at least change the towels and empty trash but we enjoyed our stay regardless best of all your pricing was good thank you
