새건물이어서 내부가 청결하고 방도 깔끔했습니다. 특히 조식이 메뉴가 다양하고 음식도 맛있어서 만족도가 높았습니다. 다만 역에서 약간 먼거리이고 살짝 외곽이라서 방에서 뷰가 좋지는 않았습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다.

Perfect location to acess train , mart and nice restaurant

2년전에 묵고 마음에 들어서 이번에 또 다시 선택했는데 이번에는 룸레잇이 더 비쌌는데도 불구하고 가장 안좋은 방을 주더라구요. 저번에 방이랑 욕실이 마음에 들었는데 이번에는 정말 가장 기본에 욕실도 작고 특별히 나쁘진 않았지만 아무래도 2년전 경험과는 비교가 되는 거 같아요. 똑같은 가격에 이번에 배정받은 방이라면 다른 호텔도 한번 경험해볼걸 그랬어요. 기본적인 어매니티도 있고 딱 모던한 중급 호텔이라 특별히 엄청 불편한건 없었어요.

Nice location in city. Clean room. A bottle of free water was very nice for me arrived at hotel at night.

사진보다 시설이 약간 오래되어 실망했지만, 다른 호텔보다 조식이 갠찮고, 위치또한 나쁘지 않았다.

Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Nice upscale hotel conveniently located near the train station and the funicular to the old city of Bergamo.

Gut gelegenes sauberes Hotel. Imm Zimmer war es viel zu warm zum Schlafen und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig.

We would stay here again. Comfortable clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with nice variety of food and well prepared. Convenient walk into town and very close to the train station.

Spacious room comfy bed and in a central location

Ok hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huone oli sopiva yhdelle hengelle. Huoneessa haisi tupakka sinne mennessä. Ilmastointi toimi ja huoneessa oli sopiva lämpö. Aamupala oli hyvä.

The overall journey was great. Good location, quiet, clean and great check in service and experience. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was poor. The staff attitude wasn’t right and gave me a bad feeling at the end (no greetings, no explanation for the check out process, no feedback request).

Sijainti erinomainen, lyhyt matka rautatieasemalle ja Vanha Kaupunkikin kävelymatkan päässä. Hotelli siisti ja huone tilava. Aamiainen hyvä ja kattava.
