앞에 트램이 계속 다녀서 시끄럽긴 한데 이거 빼면 괜찮아요.

it was nice, staffs are friendly, close with art gallery area and good restaurant. warm temperature. wi-fi is good. but amenity is all-in-one stuffs, no toothpaste. it is good to hear under eco-friendly reason, but there are so many eco-friendly stuffs not all-in-one. next area was under construction, so you can hear noise in daytime. and the noise made by opening or shutting a door will bother you.

部屋のリビングスペースに電灯が少なく、夜の時間帯には物を読むことがほぼ不可能でした。

IT WAS NOT SO GOOD FOR OLD PEOPLE.

L’hôtel est correct mais malheureusement quand les matins on est partir pour balader. Et les ménage dans la chambre est pas venu 3 fois, raison l’hôtel est normal pour économies !!

The hotel was clean and very nice but no one tells you about the parking garage (if you use their parking). You get a key fob, they tell you to scan it and it will open the tiny one-door garage. Your car has to fit perfectly in the little tray and then the garage shuts and the car elevator goes all the way down to the basement. I wasn’t aware that my husband should not have been in the car as it was lowered. I panicked and had to call him back up with the fob, hoping he hadn’t opened any doors while he was down there. There are instructions in German but I’m American and the front desk agent didn’t explain the process to me. Thank God my husband wasn’t hurt down there.

Dejlig centralt , men blev mødt af ekstra betaling og ja jeg er tit i Berlin så kender godt til by skat Værelset var ikke rent godt nok på overfladen , men der var blod flere steder

Excellent location! Breakfast had no traditional sausages for breakfast.. no daily towel change and no bed sheet change ! Let the hotel down !

Everything works and is efficient but felt a little “soulless” and unwelcoming.

Nice hotel in great location. Modern and clean with lots of bars, restaurants and Cafes in the area.

Det var lige som det skulle være, god beliggenhed.

Leider hat die Klima nicht gekühlt , Vorhänge und Wände hatten Flecken , alles in allem würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen.

We had a really nice stay at the Arcotel Velvet Berlin hotel. Everything went smoothly, our room was nice, bed comfy and the breakfast was tasty and the coffee too. The only thing we really missed was a small fridge. That would have been useful for us.

Good hotel in a very good surrounding. Very clean suite, nice staff.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til transport og det at gå rundt i Mitte. Værelserne var varme og det var vanskeligt at få temperaturen ned om natten. Morgenmaden vil vi helt sikkert købe ved en af de hyggelige bagere eller morgenmadsrestauranter lige om hjørnet en anden gang.

Gute lage, direkt an der Haltestelle der Straßenbahn dadurch recht laut. Freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lovely affordable Hotel, right near trams and trains. Good food choices and loads of other eateries nearby. Friendly & helpful staff. Delightful rooms.
